"Good evening, Professor." Shellington sheepishly poked his head in through the doorway of the library, "Er, may I ask you something?"

"Yes, of course!" Inkling beamed and gestured to the cushioned stool right next to him, "Come, sit down, my boy!"

"Oh, thank you." Shellington was slightly taken aback by the Professor's kindness, but sat down anyway.

"So, what was it that you wanted to ask me?"

"Er," Shellington awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck, "Do you still have that book on pelican mating behaviors? I- I was hoping to use it for research."

"Why of course!" Professor Inklingg replied genially as he hopped out of his chair and began to make his way toward his enormous bookshelves, "I apologize for the holdup, Shellington." He sighed as he shifted through row after row of his books, "I was forced to find a safer place for it after the children kept getting into it.

Shellington chuckled a little. Children. "Well, um, thanks for everything, Professor. I'll see you around sometime?"

"You're very welcome Shellington." Professor Inkling replied with a smile, "I hope to see you again as well."
