Lots has happened these past of couple of months. For example, I now have my own flat not too far from Messi and Ant. It's on the 16th floor and the views are amazing.
I've been at Leo's a lot after the break up and the pair of them really helped me through it. Mainly Antonella but Messi was always chiming in with his cringey inspirational quotes that would make us all keel over laughing.
A few of his Argentinian team mates from when he played in the world cup, have actually moved over to Spain. Di María is here a lot and the same with Correa. I've gotten quite close with both of them as they're always at the house.
Shakira and I went out for lunch a few days ago and I filled her in on what's been going on. She just got back from touring so she missed all the drama. She was in total shock when I told her about Neymar and even unfollowed him on instagram which made me laugh.
Speaking of Neymar, neither of us really talk anymore. He'll send a text every now and again, asking how I am and if I'm free to do anything but I always seem to just make up an excuse and give dry replies. It's not that I don't want to talk to him, because God knows how much I do, it's just I'm trying to focus on myself now. I've been putting myself first for the first time in a while and i've honestly never felt better.
It does get awkward though since Lionel and him are best friends. They did argue after it happened, Leo telling him he was a dick but Ant and I were quick to diffuse the situation, assuring him that I could handle my own drama and not to get involved. Anyway, there's been a few times where I've pulled up to their house and seen Neymar's car in the drive way. I've never been so quick to reverse out of there.
I deleted everything on my instagram, not just the photos of me and him. I decided that I wanted a fresh start and so I'd post when I felt like it. He still had all the photos of us on his but I figured he must've just forgotten about them.
Nadine and Rafaella invited me to join them getting their nails done last week and I went despite my nerves. It was the first time I had spoke to Neymar's mum since everything happened but she was just as caring, if not probably even more. I still didn't know whether he had told them what really happened and I didn't know whether I should be the one to break the news but I didn't want to ruin the mood so I held off on it.

"Amelia you've got five minutes for an outift change and then Felipe will touch up your makeup. Be as quick as possible please," Valentina instructed me as I quickly ran to my dressing room.
I slipped into the new lingerie and threw the one I was previously wearing to the side. "Amelia!" I heard Felipe's voice from outside and I quickly let him in before sitting at my vanity. "What we doing?" I grinned at him. "I'm gonna keep it quite natural everywhere else but do a bold eye look to match your new set," he said smiling as he got to work.
He touched up the concealer under my eyes and added a few bits more, almost randomly, around my face just to even out my skin tone since we wouldn't be using foundation. He opened his eyeshadow palette and started applying a smoky red onto my eyelid that had already been covered and prepped with concealer. He added a few bits of glitter before sticking false eyelashes on me and reapplying my lipstick. I smiled, thanking him and ran back out to where the photographer stood.
I rushed into position, ready for this to be the last shoot and get out of here.

"Well done today Amelia! See you tomorrow," Valentina waved to me as she left the building. "Thanks and yeah, see ya!" She closed the door behind her as I went back into my dressing room, stuffing the pieces I wore into my duffel bag as I was allowed to keep them. I took my phone out the side pocket and saw many notifications from Instagram but then another from messages.
I opened Instagram first to see what all these people had been tagging me in. My mouth went dry and my breath hitched in my throat as I placed the phone on top of the bag and closed my eyes for a second before picking it straight back up again and staring at it.
