Meera's POV

" Earth to Meera.... Earth to Meera...."

" What!"

" Oh ho .... so jumpy.... What happened dear? Angry at me for pulling you away from your daydreaming?"

" I was not daydreaming about Deva"

" Ha... when did I say Deva..." Megha smirked while I was dumbfounded

" Megha, I don't have time for your games. There are lots of things to do and very little time. Are you going to help me or not ?" I tried to divert the topic

" I sure will but after you tell me what I need to hear"

" What do you mean?" I acted as if I didn't understand what she was hinting at

" Wah..what an acting.... its been months that you have been teasing me. Please Meera.... tell me how did he propose.... I am your dear friend , right?"

" What is this, Megha... there are thinks that are personal , right?" I replied with attitude

"Hmmmph .... don't tell me...." Megha stomped her feet and turned away in anger

" Awww.... my dear friend got angry...."

" Dont talk to me"

I giggled and hugged her from behind

" You are happy , right?" I looked surprised at the change in her tone

She may fight with me, play pranks with me , tease me but I know she is one of the people who genuinely wishes for my happiness.

" I am " I gave her a brilliant smile

" That's all I need to hear. Come I will help you with the preparation."

Adidev's POV

I opened the door to my family.

I had called everyone including Saahil ,Sapna, their little one,Megha and Abhi for lunch.

We greeted each other and by that time Saahil, Sapna and Abhi came

" Where is Megha? She didn't come?" I asked Abhi

" Oh.. I am so touched" I heard her voice coming from behind me

The three in front was snickering at me while I turned around to a smirking Megha

" You have been here all this time" I asked in surprise

" What is this Adi? You should really KNOW what is happening in YOUR HOME" she taunted me

It sort of have become a ritual between us, this taunting. Earlier, others especially Meera was concerned about it that somehow we may hurt each other but then they realized that it was a way of bonding for us.

I too have grown fond of Megha like a little sister, even though I have a sister, our relationship was different. I am loving this naughty fights with Megha

"What to do... I thought at least today you will accompany Abhi instead of sticking to my wife " I replied while making a sad face at Abhi

My family was stunned to see me in this form while others were trying to hide their smile

" Everyone one came"

We turned to look at the person whom we both love to the moon and back, Meera.

" You both were fighting" she stated

Before I could form a reply, Saahil interrupted,

" What is new in that ? If one day they don't fight then that will be world wide news.... leave all this.... Thanks for inviting us"
