Colby's POV

"Sam I need to talk to you really quick." I said and he followed me out into the hall. "What's up man." he said as we stopped. "This is what I warned you about I knew something would go wrong." I said. "Colby I..." He started but was cut of by a blood curdling scream from Marissa. We ran back into the room to see Marissa on the floor sick.

"What's happening" Sam asked. "I don't know she was fine then she brought her hand to her head fell and screamed and got sick." Kat said as I quickly knelt down by Marissa who had puked blood and was now coughing up more. "WE NEED AN AMBULANCE." I yelled. "We need to get her out of here now!" Amanda said

I rushed to stand up and as I was bending down to help her up she was flung hard hitting the stone wall. "NOOOOOOOOO." I screamed as everyone else screamed as well. I rushed to her now limp body that was laying on the floor as Richard came down and Sam called 911. I knelt next to her.

As I was about to grab her and move her Richard stopped me. "Colby wait don't move her we don't know if she broke her neck or back and if we move her we could end up paralyzing her or worse severing her spinal chord." He said I nodded and moved the now bloody hair out of her face.

I watched as Richard gently grabbed her wrist checking her pulse. "Fuck it super weak and slow." He said. "Marissa I don't know if you can hear me but I need you to fight do you hear me." I said as my voice broke and I started to sob. Richard took Kat and Amanda upstairs.

A minute later I heard sirens then running footsteps come down the stairs. Sam pulled me back as the EMT's and paramedics rushed in along with Zak. "NO SAM LET ME GO." I screamed. "I can't man they need space to work." Sam said.

I continued to fight him and Zak came and stood in front of me. "Hey look at me take some deep breaths I understand your scared and want to be with her and help her but right now all we can do is let them help her ok." He said I nodded. I watched as they put a C collar (Neck brace) on her and then carefully strapped her to a yellow back board. They carefully carried her out and up the stairs. We followed them up.

"If someone is riding with come now" A EMT said. I jumped in with her. "We will meet you there" Sam said as they shut the doors. I watched as 2 people started hooking her up to machines as the ambulance sped through the Vegas strip.

All of a sudden a monitor started going crazy. "She's crashing" The lady EMT said. She then started to do CPR. "BABY PLEASE STAYYY" I yelled as the man EMT hooked her to a IV and dosed her with something. "Radio ahead priority 1" Man yelled to the driver as he put a mask attached to a bag over her mouth and squeezed it at a consistent pace.

A minute later we pulled into the Ambulance bay and the door flung open revealing multiple nurses and doctors. They all helped pull out the stretcher as the EMT's continued CPR and the mask. I followed them. "Weak pulse on scene head wound possible back and neck break crashed when we were a minute away epi was administered." One of the EMT's said.

"Ok bring her to trauma room 3 I need as many hands as I can get." a guy doctor said. A nurse stopped me as they wheeled her into a room. "Please please let me go." I said. The nurse gave me a sympathetic look. "I cant let you no one is allowed back there." She said as she gently rubbed my arm and helped me to a chair. "Right now they are doing everything they can to help her ok." She said. I nodded. She then went into the room to help. 10 minutes later Sam, Kat, and Amanda rushed in.

Sam Saw me and they rushed over I stood up and Sam grabbed me tight. I hugged him back As I sobbed. "Let it out brother I'm here were here Colby." He said. we stayed that way for awhile before we all sat down

4 hours later the nurse from earlier came over and we all stood up. "She is stable right now and in the ICU you can go see her if you want to" She said "Yes please" I said. She brought us up to the ICU and into her room.
