Liam had always been interested in martial arts, and after years of practice, he had finally achieved his black belt in Taekwondo. He felt a sense of accomplishment, but he knew his journey was far from over.

As he walked into his Taekwondo class, he was greeted by his instructor and fellow students. Liam was normally a quiet guy, but when it came to martial arts, he was confident and determined. He felt like a different person altogether.

The class was divided into two parts - the first half focused on basic techniques, and the second half was about sparring. Liam loved both parts equally, and he could feel the adrenaline kicking in as he got ready to spar with his fellow students.

As he put on his protective gear, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in the black belt around his waist. He was one of the few who had achieved this level, and he knew he had earned it through hard work and dedication.

The sparring began, and Liam quickly got into his stance, ready to face his opponent. He could feel the energy in the room, as everyone watched in anticipation.

The first round was intense, with both Liam and his opponent exchanging kicks and punches. They were neck and neck, with neither giving an inch. Liam could feel his heart racing, but he kept his focus, moving with precision and control.

The second round began, and Liam could feel the exhaustion starting to set in. He was sweating profusely, but he refused to give up. As his opponent made a move, Liam saw his opening and took it, landing a powerful kick that knocked his opponent off balance.

Liam had won the match, and he felt a huge sense of relief wash over him. He had won not only the match but also the respect of his fellow students. Although, Liam managed to catch a few bruises and wounds on the progress, but it's all worth it.

As the class wound down, Liam looked around at his fellow students, realizing that they were a family. They had all struggled, trained and celebrated together.

Liam realized that the journey to his black belt had been about so much more than just martial arts. It had been about discipline, self-control, and respect. He felt grateful for the lessons he had learned and looked forward to continuing his training, knowing that there was always more to learn and achieve.

Liam made his way home, feeling exhausted with his body aching all over. He was covered in bruises and had a couple of small cuts on his arms. Despite all the pain, he couldn't help but smile, knowing that his hard work was paying off.

As he walked through the door, he was greeted by Lizzie, who immediately noticed the bruises on his arms. "What happened, Liam? Are you okay?" she asked, her eyes filled with concern.

"I'm fine, Lizzie," Liam replied, trying to hide the pain in his voice. "Just a few bruises from taekwondo. Nothing serious."

But Lizzie didn't buy it. She knew him well enough and could see that he was in pain. "Come on, let me take a look," she said, leading Liam to the couch.

Lizzie carefully examined Liam's bruises and cuts, applying some ointment to the wounds to help them heal. As she worked, Liam couldn't help but feel grateful for having such a caring person like her in his life.

After tending to his wounds, Lizzie suggested they spend the rest of the evening watching movies. Liam readily agreed, grateful for the chance to rest and relax.

The pair spent the entire night watching movies, snuggled up on the couch with a bowl of popcorn. They laughed and talked, enjoying each other's company as they watched their favorite films.

As they finally turned off the TV and headed to bed, Liam couldn't help but feel thankful for Lizzie's care and attention. Despite the pain and bruises, tonight had been a good night, filled with love and laughter.

The next week, Liam woke up early and started practicing on his guitar. He has his band practice later in the afternoon, and he was determined to make the most out of it.

Lizzie was still asleep, and he didn't want to wake her up. He quietly got dressed and grabbed his guitar before sneaking out of the house. He gently kissed her forehead goodbye, making sure not to wake As he closed the door behind him, he couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt for leaving Lizzie behind.

As he made his way to the band practice studio, Liam couldn't help but feel a bit nervous. He had been practicing for weeks, but he still wanted to impress his bandmates and give it his all.

The practice went on for hours, and Liam lost track of time. It wasn't until he checked his phone that he realized how late it was. He knew that he had to get back home and check on Lizzie.

Liam quickly made his way back home, hoping that Lizzie wasn't too lonely. As he walked through the door, he saw that the house was silent. He called out to her, but there was no response.

Liam made his way to the living room and saw that everything was still neat and tidy, but Lizzie was nowhere to be seen. He started feeling worried and called out to her again, but there was still no response.

Just when Liam was about to panic, he saw a note left on the coffee table. It was from Lizzie, explaining that she had gone to hang out with a friend for a couple of hours and would be back soon.

With his mind at ease, Liam sat down on the couch and started playing some tunes on his guitar. He thought about how much he appreciated Lizzie and how lucky he was to have such a woman like her.

As he continued to play, he realized that he couldn't wait to show Lizzie all the progress he had made with his guitar. He was grateful for the opportunity to pursue his passion but even more grateful for the supportive and loving sister who always had his back, even when he had to leave her behind for his band practice.

Liam couldn't help but stay up and see Lizzie the moment she gets back home. It's really late, 10:49 to be exact. And the front door remained unbolted. Just as when Liam starts to get really uneasy and worried, the front door swings open revealing a pretty drunk Lizzie.

"Hey, hey don't move. You might fall." Liam runs up to her as assists her in taking off her shoes. He keeps wondering how she got here.

"You're handsome.." Lizzie slurred. "Alright you're really drunk." Liam takes off Lizzie's shoes revealing her minnie mouse socks. Liam laughs to himself as Lizzie looks at him confused.

"Come on." Liam grunts, carrying Lizzie bridal style leading her to their room. Liam settles Lizzie down, slowly but gently. He tucks her in and lays beside her.

He drew imaginary lines on her palm, watching as Lizzie comfortably sleeps beside him. He knew that this type of life was worthy enough to live for. He knew to make sure that this wouldn't slip out of his grasp, ever.
