Lizzie's POV

Liam told me that he would be out with the band tonight in a bar. I appreciate him being honest all the time. He told me not to wait for him since he would come home late. I agreed even knowing that i wouldn't. I'm on break since the interviews will start again next month.

Fast forward, it's exactly 10:29 pm.

I could barely even drift off to sleep. I really want to wait for him. I don't wanna message him since he deserves to have fun aswell.

I was watching some films in Netflix, minding my own business. It wasen't until my phone started ringing. I mindlessly grabbed it from the coffee table and was shocked to see Liam's contact name invade my screen. I was confused at first, but i answered anyway.

"Hey hun, what's up?" I asked calmly.

"This is uh Harry. I need you to get here as soon as possible." Harry spoke from the phone.

"What? Why?"

"Liam's drunk. Like really drunk. Do you mind picking him up?"

"Alright. I'll be there in fifteen." I hanged up before getting my keys from the bowl and rushing downstairs towards my vehicle.

I never thought of the idea that it would get to the point where one of Liam's bandmates would call me to pick him up. Liam's a drinker, but not a heavy one. He would only drink heavily if something horrible happened. This isn't Liam.

I drove there as swift as i possibly can. I was about to enter the bar until i saw what was happening that broke my heart in an instant. I'm having mixed feelings about this. Liam was talking to three women who i assume are dancers. It was easy to tell that they were seducing him. I trust Liam, he's not that type of guy who gives in so easily.

I tried entering without being seen. I hid by the doorway and tuned in with their conversation.

"Hey Mr. Hottie~" One of the women spoke as they attempted straddling Liam's lap.

"Hi." He simply said, mindlessly reaching for his phone in his pockets but the women won't let him. I can feel anger running through me as i watch. Just not now. Not yet.

"You can do me better than your guitar." One of the dancers smirked at him, playing with the buttons of his tee. "I don't think so." He said bluntly.

"Another drink, perhaps?" A woman licked her lips together, getting a hold of his face. "No thank you, i think i've reached my limit." He said honestly.

The three women frowned and one of them tried undressing him. Liam's eyes were slammed shut, preventing him from being aware of what was happening. Liam slightly opened his eyes and pushed her hands away.

"Stop! I'm married. Now bugger off!" Liam raised his voice as i took it by surprise. What if he's talking about someone else?

"Where's the ring then?" A dancer raised a brow as Liam perpetually shook his head. "I left it in my car. Now scram!" He yelled at them. The women gave up, and left.

I felt relief wash over me as i watched them walk away. I carefully approached Liam and embraced him. "Hey are you okay?" i asked him.

"Didn't you hear?! I said i have a wife! Bugger off!" He swat my arm. I flinched at the sudden movement. Is he talking about someone else? "What do you mean?" I asked worriedly.

"My wife. Elizabeth Chase Olsen. Only her!" Liam slurred, choking on his own words in the progress. I exhaled as relief soon washed over me. I couldn't help but smile at him. It's truly relieving that even if he is drunk, he still manages to remember me.

"Babe it's me. Lizzie."

He slightly opened his eyes and a smile soon formed in his lips. "Oh hey babe. It's you.". I noticed that his shirt was wet and it indeed smells like alcohol. "Now come on. Let's get you home." I carried him with his arm over my shoulder. I helped him balance so we could quickly get to the car.

"Come to think of it, why are you here?" He looked down at me as i chuckled. "Let's just say you indeed reached your limit."

"But you should be sleeping."

"I couldn't sleep without you by my side." I flashed him a smile as i helped him inside. I then drove us home and did the same as what i did earlier. He plopped down the couch as if it was a long day. I mean it is really.

"Let me get your shirt. Don't be going anywhere now." I informed him as he just groaned against the pillow in response.

I came back with his clothes in my hands and unbuttoned his shirt. "Hey whoa stop. I'm drunk, i might get out of control." He threw grabbed my wrist as i chuckled at him.

"I've seen you in your underwear anyway."

"This is so awkward." He moved his body, cooperating with me.

"Sure." I said finally putting his shirt on.
"You miss me huh...?" He said leaning on my head.

"Of course." I did the same.

"Are you gonna lay beside me or.." Liam paused. "I mean i smell." I chuckled at his awareness.

"Dosen't matter. It dosen't stop me from being with you." I lay down beside him as i naturally nuzzled up against him.

"I love you."

"I love you moreee..."

"Not possible. Now go to sleep."

3rd Person POV

The next morning, Liam woke up to a pounding headache and a queasy stomach. He groaned and buried his face in his pillow, trying to remember the events of the previous night. It didn't take long for the memories to come flooding back - the drinks, the dancing, and the impromptu karaoke session.

Liam stumbled out of bed and made his way to the bathroom, his head spinning with every step. He splashed some water on his face and brushed his teeth, hoping the freshness would clear his head. When he got back to his room, he noticed a note from Lizzie on his bedside table:

"Hey Liam, hope you're feeling okay. I'm making breakfast downstairs. Come down when you're ready. Love, Lizzie"

Liam felt a warmth spread through him as he read the note. Even though he was feeling terrible, he knew that he had someone by his side who cared about him. He groggily made his way downstairs, clinging to the banister for support.

When he reached the kitchen, he found Lizzie cooking eggs and bacon, and the smell made him feel slightly better. He sneaked up behind her and hugged her back, grateful for her presence.

"How are you feeling?" Lizzie asked, turning to face him.

"I feel like death," Liam groaned, rubbing his temples. "But making breakfast is definitely helping."

Lizzie smiled sympathetically, putting a plate of food in front of him. They both ate their breakfast in a blissful silence, enjoying each other's company. Liam couldn't help but feel grateful for his sister's kind nature and unwavering support.

After breakfast, Liam and Lizzie spent the day watching movies on the couch, snuggled up under a blanket. Liam felt his hangover slowly dissipate as the day went by, and he knew that he had Lizzie to thank for that. They didn't need words to understand each other, and Liam felt comfortable sharing his feelings with her.

As the sun set and the day came to an end, Liam felt a sense of contentment wash over him. Even though he had gone through a tough time, he knew that he had someone by his side who would always be there for him. He hugged Lizzie tightly, grateful for the love and support that she had shown him.
