Bella had always been a family person, she loved her family more than she loved anything else. Well, there was one thing she could love more, and that was the fact she was magic.
When she was only seven years old, she figured out she could do stuff no normal human could do. But she only understood what she was when she was eighteen, when Katherine pierce rocked up to her home.
Arabella soon found out she was a vampire, and learned a lot of things about the supernatural, whilst her brothers knew nothing. But Katherine also knew a lot about Bella, things Bella didn't even know.
But Katherine did introduce her to another witch, Emily Bennett. The two bonded over their magic and Emily taught her how to do other stuff.
But when bellas father and the town discovered Katherine and the other vampires, the night before everything happened, Katherine made Emily Bennett put two different spells on the salvatore witch.
One she knew of, the other she didn't. And Katherine thought she never would. That was until years later, Bella moved back to mystic falls to help her brothers and the doppelgänger.
But Bella had lived in new orleans for years before that, meeting a certain vampire family, most importantly, the hybrid vampire that had his wolf side locked away, due to a curse.
But the family fled, and Bella stayed in New Orleans. Until she was called back to mystic falls, present time.
