An unbearable silence existed around Vikram and Tara once they've dropped Shakthi and Rohit at a restaurant because the duo were too hungry to participate in anymore drama.

Tara finally mustered her courage,

Vikram na-

Tara's eyes glisten with unshed tears as she pitifully gazes at Vikram. As the car comes to a stop, Vikram gets down and shuts the door. His emotions are evident as he rakes his fingers through his hair,

Vikram swiftly turns around,

Tara's lips quiver with unspoken emotions, and her head drops, unable to meet Vikram's gaze.

Tara tightly fisted her hands, feeling the emotions threatening to overwhelm her. She was on the verge of sobbing, but she knew she had to gather herself. 

Ana nee ena vitutu vandhutaela?

Vikram painfully snickers, he moves closer to Tara,

Sandhega pathiya Tara?

Tara's head snaps up to Vikram,

Illa ivan pechoda seri, kalyanam varaikumlam poga maatannu thonucha?

Tara shakes her head, a lonely tear escapes without her will,

Appo va, ippove unga veetla pesren, appo yavadhu enna nambu.

Vikram tries to take hold of her wrist, gently urging her to sit back in the car, but Tara resists his attempt. She tugs her hand back, not ready to comply with his request. Frowning, Vikram looks at her, his face still reflecting his displeasure and concern. The tension between them is palpable,

Tara utters,

Unnaku nejama naan dhan venuma?

She sounded hesitant to ask,

Yen?

I'm not what I promised when I fell in love with you, Vikram.

Tara can't help but notice the stark contrast between her current state and the person she was when she fell in love with Vikram in Goa. She had once believed she could fix him, heal him, and be the support he needed. However, everything has taken an unexpected turn, and she now questions whether it's fair to burden Vikram with her own struggles and complexities.
