Tring tring tring tring.
I hear an alarm go off but I can't move to turn it off, sometime heavy is laying on my chest, again. I open my eyes and see a blonde, a hot blonde, she looks peacefull while sleeping on my chest. Her hand is on my bare stomach under my shirt, it feels really pleasant until I notice who it is, shit Leah fucking Williamson shit shit shit.
I slowly start to move her off me without waking her up, I think I completed my mission because when I walked out of her room she was still asleep, I looked over my shoulder a last time, she was absolutly stunning, even in the morning, but this was the best for her, I can't be with her without hurting her. I leave Leah her house and went to mine. As soon as I enter I yell 'Katie, were are you??' She responds yelling 'In my room mate' I run up the stairs and jump onto her bed 'Katie you will never believe were I woke up this morning'. Katie and I have become really close in the last couple of weeks, we tell each other everything and I know I can talk to her about this to. 'Not a random girl again I hope' Katie says laughing at her own joke but stops when she sees my serious face 'Oh, well tell me, come on mate' she says now with a curious look 'First you need to promise me not to tell anybody' Katie looks confused 'Okey you can tell Rue but thats it' Now she is smiling again. I take a deep breath and just say 'Leah Williamson' silence fills the room. Katie looks at me like I am joking and is waiting for the real answer but since I stay silent she sees I am serious 'haha no.. that can't be Leah is with Jordan' Katie says breaking the silence 'Well that is the problem, they broke up. I brought her home because she was emotional and tired but she wanted me to stay and then I woke up this morning with her next to/on top of me' I tell Katie 'But that isnt even the worst thing, I woke up and her hand was on my bare stomach and it felt nice, like really nice, you get me?' I ask Katie, Katie nods and says 'But y/n, are you telling me you have feelings?' 'I dont know, thats why I left her without saying goodbye, I can't have feelings, I don't do feelings and I can't hurt her' I admit to Katie, we continue the conversation Katie tells me to follow my heart but I know that if I do that I will end up hurting Leah, and thats the last thing I want. God this girl

We arrive at the training centre and I take my place in the back of the bus, today Katie and me are early so there is nobody on the bus, I put my headphones on and my playlist starts playing, Chasing Highes by ALMA starts playing, I love this song.

Two a.m., I'm fading in the dark
Like floating in the ocean

More people are coming on the bus and its becoming cosy in the back of the bus.

People need the poison
Three a.m., you just touched my hand

While the song plays I think back about last night and this morning. The way Leah was peacefully laying on my chest and her hand under my shirt, I wonder if she feels it to but it doesn't matter I tell myself. I will hurt her and she doesn't deserve that.

And made me lose my focus
I almost didn't notice

Leah enterd the bus and the only thing I could focus on was her. We had eye contact and she gave me a smile but I didn't return it, I need to forget her before I fall to deep, I stared out of the window and the bus started moving.

And I better know what to do
Who's gonna be the first one to move?
I wanna get closer to you
And I better know what to do
Who's gonna be the first one to move?
I wanna get closer to you

The song ended and I take my headphones of to join the conversation. Lots of laughter later we arrive at Kingsmeadow, Kyra and I leave the bus together and smile at the camera while entering the building. We switch to our warm up kit and start the warm up. After that me, Kyra, Caitlin and Steph go to Sam to say hi after a while we need to go back inside and change into our match kit and ofcourse I switch my shoes.
Jonas shows the starting line up, I am starting for the second time. It feels really good to be part of this club. We walk out of the tunnel, stand in line and shake hands with the opponent.
