Chapter 47

"And just one little mark here," I remarked as I used eyeliner to draw on Andy's face.

He decided to have me do cat whiskers and a nose. It really looked cute.

"Okay done," I remarked as I handed him my mirror.

"Wow I look cute," he remarked chuckling.

"Yeah you do actually," I told him.

I was gonna dress up as a pretty witch. So I pretty much just need to put blush on and focus on my eyes before heading to Violet's to take pictures. I needed to get into my dress.

"Did you need help getting into your dress darling?" Andy asked curiously.

"Yeah I hope the zipper goes up," I remarked a little worried as I grabbed the dress off the hanger.

"I know it will let me help," he expressed.

As I grabbed it off the hanger, I had a flash in my head of me getting married.  I shook it off. It seemed so in my face. I just wanted to focus on the now not the future.

I put the dress on and adjusted it to where Andy could zip it up.

"Are you good?" he asked before zipping.

"Yeah, I think so. It's only for a little bit anyway.  I wanna come home and watch a movie and eat Halloween candy," I told him.

He chuckled as he zipped my dress up.

"So like we planned, we will go to Violet's hang out for a bit, and take some pictures. Then come home, get comfortable, watch a movie, and eat Halloween candy," he remarked.

"Yes," I told him as I went to get my makeup bag.

I just wanted to do some blush and some brighter pinkish eyeshadow.

Andy was sitting on the bed next to me and just watching me.

"What?" I asked him after I finished my eyeshadow.

"Nothing I just like admiring what's mine," he remarked.

It was hard to take him seriously with the cat makeup but I smiled.

"That's really cute Andrew," I told him as I began to put my eyeliner on.

He smiled at me as he kept watching. He disappeared momentarily down the hall of the house and came back with a lollipop.

"You want one?" he asked me as I was about to brush my hair.

"Not yet I don't wanna ruin my lipstick," I remarked as I brushed my hair.

"I brought you a cherry one if you want it in a bit," Andy told me as he sat back down on the bed.

"Damn it sounds really good I just don't wanna ruin my lipstick," I commented.

"You could eat it like this," he gestured with his mouth.

He had a really sour-looking face. I busted out into laughter.

"What?" he asked chuckling.

"Your face it's like," I gestured.

He laughed.

"Is that what I really look like?" he asked.

"Yes go to the mirror and do it," I told him as straightened my hair.

He went to the mirror and did the face again.

"Oh god that is so unattractive," he remarked as he looked at himself.

"It's cute honey," I told him as I went to grab my hat.

"Not cute at all yuck," he remarked.

I rolled my eyes as I walked over to him.

"Shut up," I told him as I kissed him.

He smiled.

"You just ruined your lipstick," he remarked.

I looked in the mirror and indeed what I had been trying to avoid got ruined.

"I could have just eaten my lollipop," I commented.

"Nah I was the sweeter option for you to try," he remarked chuckling.

"Yes definitely," I alluded as I went to go fix my lipstick.

Andy shook his head at my remark.

And so, we headed to finish getting ready and headed to Violet's and Grandma Mary's.

When we arrived, Violet was waiting on the porch. 

"Oh my gosh look at you two," she remarked.

It was only a little after 5 so no trick-or-treaters were around yet.

I smiled.

 Andy squeezed my hand.

"Hiiii how are you?" I asked Violet as she hugged me.

"You look so cute. Andy also looks cute," Violet remarked.

"Thanks, Violet," Andy chuckled as we walked inside to see Grandma Mary.

Violet was dressed as Wonder Woman. A very fitting title for her now.

"Oh my gosh look at you two. So adorable," Grandma Mary remarked.

I smiled.

"Thanks, Grandma," I told her.

In all due reality, Grandma Mary was like my grandma now after all this time.

"Wait let me get a pic of you three," Grandma commented.

"Okay okay Grandma," Violet remarked as she adjusted her cap.

I adjusted my hat.

"Okay stand still," Grandma Mary told us as Andy wrapped me in a hug from behind. 

"You need to put your head on this side Andy since her hat is so big," Grandma commented.

I laughed.

"We got a cat, a witch, and a Wonder Woman Wow," Grandma commented.

"Just take the photo Grandma," Violet remarked.

"Okay one two three," Grandma counted as she took the picture.

And so, Grandma Mary took the picture.

"I hope my eyes were open," I commented.

Andy and Violet laughed.

"We will find out in 4 days," Grandma remarked chuckling.

I shook my head.

"Oh and these are for you," Grandma handed me and Andy both little bags.

"Aw you shouldn't have," I told Grandma.

"Thanks, Grandma Mary," Andy told her.

We sat down and conversed and enjoyed Halloween.
