(Y/C) and Italy had been forced into a union for the past thirty years.
    In these three decades, (Y/C) had not warmed up to Feli's. The people were horrid, they sent the army to build a fence between the borders to make sure that the population would pure (Y/C)(ish/ian/an) and no mixed-descent children were born, much like the apartheid in South Africa a few decades before hand.

This did upset Feliciano, mainly because his wife was helpless in this, and they were separated by this godforsaken fence that was patrolled.
       To make matter worse, (Y/N) was having his child, a girl who was to be born within the next two weeks. He couldn't help but feel like he was useless.

Despite the reassurance that things would improve from fifteen years before, they never did, but after a lot of meticulous planning, the Axis and (Y/C) came up with a solution, albeit batcrap crazy: They tell the people of their lands that they're married and pregnant.

-Week and a Half Skip-

(Y/N) was stood in front of her people, shaking with fear as they all stared at her with shock and despair. "My loyal subjects... I despair in telling you this news because it will be a shock..."
      At this point Feliciano walked into the shot and waves shyly, not knowing what to do. "I, (Y/N) (L/N)-Vargas, your leader, am in love and married to the leader of the annexed country which has caused nothing, the leader of northern Italy, Feliciano Vargas..." She trailed off, taking his hand and sighing heavily. "And we, as a married couple, are due to have our first child within the next week."

She could see the look on the faces of the Italians, and of her people, only to see them jubilated and relieved, one of her own people calling out that he thought that (Y/C) was dying and that this was the swan song, only to make (Y/N) laugh.

        "We have one problem, my people! We must tear down that fence and we must have open borders for our friends to cross!" (Y/C) decreed to her subjects, only to get an almighty roar of support.

"For fifteen years this fence has kept my husband and I apart... Now I decree for it to be pulled -- OW, OW, OH, THAT HURTS!" (Y/C) complained, bending over whilst Feliciano held her hand and finished her speech, and quickly translated it into Italian before the feed was over.

The link then ended and an ambulance was called.

"(Y/N), are you okay?!" Feliciano panicked, feeling like his hand was getting broken.
      (Y/N) looked at Feli and smiled with gritted teeth. "Get me to the hospital now, Feli... Otherwise out daughter is gonna fall on the floor where I'm standing!" She growled, letting out a long moan of pain.

After a lot of shuffling, screaming, transporting and changing, (Y/N) was finally in the hospital, and on the bed waiting for the child to arrive.
Feliciano had called the axis members and they came soon, waiting outside the hospital room with Feli whilst he let the nurses and doctors take care of his beloved wife.

The silence was thick, until Prussia arrived. "Hey hey hey! Congrats on the baby, Feli! Is it here yet?" He bombarded the Italian man, only to have Germany calm him down and force him into a seat.
"Big brother, cool off. (Y/C) is nowhere near havi--." He was out off by the scream of the pregnant woman coming from the room across from them.

"FELICIANO VARGAS, WHEN I GET OUT OF THIS HOSPITAL, I WILL CUT YOUR BALLS OFF AND USE THEM AS CLAY PIGEONS WHILST YOU DANCE." The (H/C) screamed, only for Feli to instantly walk into the delivery room.
After a while, the other axis members were worn out, especially Prussia due to laughing. Japan sat with his legs crossed on the seat, half asleep whilst Prussia eventually fell asleep on the wide awake German, who was staying awake for Feli.

Ludwig stayed up for 32 hours, only to hear a cry from inside the delivery room, and it wasn't from Feli (surprisingly), but he was weeping at the sound, and once she was cleaned up, the sight of his daughter in her exhausted mother's arms.
"She's here, (Y/N), and she has her mother's beautiful eyes..." Feli pointed out, earn a tired grin from his loving wife.
"She has your bloody cowlick..." She mumbled, smiling as her daughter wriggles slightly and then fell asleep briefly. "And it's brunette..." (Y/N) then looked through the window of the room and saw a tired, yet happy Ludwig, ushering for him to come in.

"So... This is the little Arieta that Feliciano hasn't shut up about for the past six months..." He mumbled, looking at the marginally tanned child in her mother's arms.
Arieta looked at Ludwig and giggled slightly, making Ludwig smile slightly. Feli took his daughter from her mother that had fallen asleep, and held his daughter as he stared at her and cried slightly, smiling like the idiot he is.

"She's here, Germany! She's finally hear!" He cried, feeling his daughter's hand wrap around his index finger, feeling his friend's strong hand on his shoulder.
"You're going be a good dad, Italia..." He reassured, only to see the newborn look directly at him and lift her arms to Ludwig.
"And you're gonna be the over protective uncle that she needs when her father is too scared of her future boyfriends!" He exclaimed, holding the small child out to Ludwig, the German taking her and making her look even smaller.

After a while, and all of the axis had come in, met the child and then gone to leave everyone to rest, Feli put Arieta back in the plastic cot next to the hospital bed and sat on the bed next to his wife.

"I finally have it... The perfect family..." He mumbled, soon falling asleep sat up.
