Y/N POV

This was an intense game.

Harry and Draco were chasing after the snitch, and Draco fell. I chuckled a little, because he rolled around dramatically when he wasn't that scratched up.

I watched as Harry fell to the ground shortly after. I gasped and ran down the steps, onto the field, with Hermione and Ron at my side.

"Harry! Are you okay?!" I yell, running up to him.

"No, I think my- I think my arm's broken." He said in pain.

"Oh no." I said.

I saw Lockheart walk up to us and I gasped. Harry looked over, and once he saw him he stiffened.

"Not to worry, Harry. I will fix that arm of yours straight away." Lockheart said.

"I don't think that's a good idea." I said.

"Of course it is! I'm just the one to fix something." He said.

"No, not you." Harry said trying to scoot away.

"Oh, poor boy doesn't know what he's saying. Now, this... won't hurt a bit. Brackium emendo!" Lockheart said and flicked his wand.

A light shot out and made Harry's arm go numb. It then bent like jello. I examined it and gasped.

He doesn't have any bones!

"Oh! Ooh! Ugh!" Everyone around us was saying.

"What did you do?!" I yelled.

"Ah, yes, well, ha, that can sometimes happen, um, but- uh, the point is, uh,..." Lockheart trailed off, bending Harry's arm.

"Ohh! Uhh!" Everyone around us said, looking at Harry's floppy arm.

"...you can no longer feel any pain, and, heh- very clearly, the bones are not broken." He said and smiled.

"Broken? There's no bones left!" Hagrid yelled.

As Lockheart continued to twist and turn Harry's boneless arm, I pulled his arm away.

"You just made it way worse!" I yelled to him.

"Much more flexible, though." Lockeheart said.

I scoffed and helped Harry up, bringing him to the hospital wing.

I was standing at Harry's side, with many other students standing around Harry's bed.

"Uhh, uhhh..." Draco moaned from the other side of the room.

"Shut up." I said. The Slytherin's gave me glares, especially that Pansy chic.

I saw Madam Pomfrey then walk in with medicine.

"Oh, Mr. Malfoy, stop making such a fuss, you can go. Out of my way. Out of my way! Should've been brought straight to me. I can mend bones in a heartbeat- but growing them back..." She trailed off.

"You will be able to, won't you?" I asked.

"Oh, I'll be able to, certainly. But it'll be painful. You're in for a rough night, Potter. Regrowing bones is a nasty business." She said.

She then handed Harry a drink. It looked pretty nasty.

Harry took a sip and immediately spit it out.

"Ugh!" He said in disgust.

"Well, what do you expect? Pumpkin juice?" Madam Pomfrey said.

"Uh!" He said, wiping his tongue off.

I felt really bad for Harry. That Lockheart dude was messed up.

───────────────

"Y/n it's time for you to go." Madam Pomfrey said.

She was right, it was getting late and I was in the hospital wing all day.

"Okay, just hold on one second." I said.

I looked down at Harry and smiled.

"Harry, I'm going to have to get going." I said sadly.

"Hey, y/n?" Harry asks.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"Thanks again for helping me." Harry said.

"Harry, I'll always be here for you." I said.

"Come 'ere." Harry said stretching his arms out.

I leaned in and hugged him gently. Once we pulled away I sighed.

"I'll be back tomorrow, okay?" I ask.

"Okay." He says and weakly smiles.

I plant a kiss on his forehead and walk out. I'm 99.9999999% sure he said something but I couldn't hear. But it was just a friend kiss....right?

I shook off the feeling and continued to walk down the hall, and stopped to see Draco and some girl talking. I looked closer and saw that it was Pansy. By the look of Draco, I could tell he was annoyed. I walked up to them and smiled brightly.

"Hello lovebirds." I said and smirked.

Draco gave me a death glare, while Pansy blushed.

"Pansy, for the last time, we are too young to date." Draco said.

I leaned back on the wall, and continued to watch the show.

"But I know you love me, you just don't want to admit it." She said.

I burst out laughing and turned to walk back to my common room.

"Help!" I heard Draco say to me, but I just continued to walk.

Once I reached my common room, I saw Hermione and Ron sitting on the couch. I walked over and sat next to them.

"Where have you been?" Ron asked.

"Sorry, Pansy was all over Draco in the hallway and I just had to watch the show!" I said and laughed.

"Dang. I would've liked to see that." Hermione said and laughed.

"Let's go to bed, I'm really tired." I said.

"Good idea." I said.

Hermione and I got up and started walking up the stairs.

"You coming Ron?" I ask.

"Nah, I'm not that tired." Ron said.

"Okay." I said and walked up to my room.

I got dressed in my pajamas and sat on my bed, facing Hermione.

"Hey, Mione?" I asked.

"Yeah?" She asked.

"What if....you know....the Basilisk is real. What if it petrifies one of us?" I ask worriedly.

"Hopefully that won't happen." Hermione said.

"Hopefully...." I said and sighed.

I rolled over and turned off the light, then fell into a deep sleep.
