'Hello poppy, fancy a walk?'
I couldn't control my emotions as my knees started shaking. My breath got caught in my throat as I couldn't make a single sound.
Suddenly, one of the men seized my wrist. I winced in pain as few tears of droplets cascaded on my face. I heard the laughter of the men as started coming closer.
'Just when we wanted a little fun, come on poppy, play with us.'
Before I could react, I got pulled onto the floor. I watched as they hovered over me. My tears increasingly kept falling as the men got closer.
'She looks like a half! Look at those green eyes, very pretty.'
'Please, stop,' I squeaked.
I held my breath when one of the men drew in close to my face. His hand came up as he reached my cheek. I squeezed my eyes shut.
But his hand never came.
When I heard a loud noise, I snapped my eyes.
I couldn't believe it.
Row single-handedly fought the men. I watched as he threw punches and kicks. I stay on the ground, unable to move from too much shock.
But all of a sudden, someone lifted me off the ground.
I gazed up to see Jungkook.
He carried me bridal style as he sprinted away from the fight scene.
'Jungkook! What about Row?' I asked but he ignored me. I kept asking him until we reached the restaurant. I looked to see everyone waiting for us with worried expressions.
'Amber!' 'Oh my god, are you okay?' 'Where'd you go?' Everyone started to question. Jungkook put me down as I stared at them.
'I'm okay,' I said quietly as I kept crying. The girls all wrapped their arms around me, enveloping me with their warmth and kindness. Even though we've only known each other for less than a day, it felt like we've known each for ages.
It was weird.
I trusted them with my life.
After a couple, a minutes, Row and the other bodyguards returned back with cuts and bruises. I ran up to Row and hugged him tightly. He was startled but loosely wrapped his arms around my waist.
'Thank you, Row.'
