Priya's P.O.V.

"Shivaay!" I squeal as he puts me down from the spin he just gave me.

"Priya! How are you?" Shivaay asks me. He eyes me, trying to read my body language.

"Mad. At you." I pout at him. Shivaay didn't even properly answer my video calls when he left for London for a job.

"For what?" Shivaay exclaims.

I glare at him. As if he didn't know why I was mad at him. "Excuse me! You would never answer my calls. And to add to it, you didn't even attend my wedding!"

"I'm sorry," Shivaay apologizes as he holds his ears. "I was busy." A smile envelopes my face. I could never stay mad at him for too long.

I hit his arm playfully. "You're forgiven."

Shivaay's face breaks out into a smile as he pulls me into another hug. "I missed you, Priya."

I sigh into him. "I missed you too, Shiv." Shivaay was my comfort person. I could share anything with him. I missed him like crazy when he left for London.

Rahul clears his throat behind me, bringing me back to reality. I know I have to give him an answer to what happened on the terrace before. He told me he loved me and I had to say something now.

I move to the side to face both Rahul and Shivaay. "Shivaay, this is Rahul, my-my husband," I reluctantly say.

"Hey, nice to meet you dude." Shivaay extends his hand out to give Rahul a shake hand.

Rahul frowns at Shivaay's hand for a minute. Shivaay's smile drops a little and my anger on Rahul increases. I don't get why he's so rude to Shivaay. He barely knows him.

Siddu behind him, nudges Rahul. Rahul then shakes Shivaay's hand. "Nice to meet you too." A fake smile emerges on Rahul's face.

"Listen, why don't you go get some rest? We'll catch up tomorrow," I suggest to Shivaay. I know he must be jet lagged after his plane ride from London.

"A nap sounds good right now," Shivaay nods in agreement.

"Shivaay, you'll be sharing a room with Siddu," I let him know.

"I'll show you the room," Siddu says as he takes one of Shivaay's bags into his hands and starts heading up the stairs.

"I'll talk to you tomorrow, Priya." Shivaay quickly pecks my cheek before he follows Siddu up the stairs, leaving me and Rahul all alone in awkward silence.

"I'm going to go to bed too," I let Rahul know before walking towards the stairs.

"Are we just going to ignore what I said upstairs?" Rahul questions, making me stop moving forward.

I sigh. I don't have the emotional energy to have this conversation right now.

"Can we just talk about this tomorrow?" I ask him, rubbing my neck in tiredness.
