'It's the same cold feeling again. Where am I this time?' Azami tried to open her eyes but she could not. Every part of her body sore and it was as if she was crushed by a humongous creature a hundred times.
'Damnit. Come on eyes! Open!' With what seemed like an hour, she was finally able to open her eyes. She was in a dark room and the only light was a small hole from behind her. She turned to her sides to see if there was anything she could use but there was nothing. It was like she was trapped in a dark room with no source of anything except the light escaping from the small hole. Just then, she heard a ringing sound in her head.
'Azami! Are you there!? Can you hear me!?' It was a familiar voice. She searched her mind for the name. Everything was hazy until she formed his name.
"Furcas."
'Good! You still remember. The Great Flow might have affected your mind so here. Zalam!' Shadows met her face and it was engulfed. She felt her mind break apart until the heaviness from her head was gone. She blinked several times to get her vision right.
"Furcas? Where are we?"
'We are in the dark part of the Great Flow. We have to get out of here. You left your metal vessels in the mortal realm right?' He inquired. Azami nodded before taking out her necklace on the ground. She wore it and she noticed Furcas' form still there. She asked if he can materialize in here and she could only make out a hazy nod since it was dark.
"How are we going to get out of here? My staff is gone and I have no idea how to project my magic. In order for us to go back, this rukh of mine must meet with the body I'll ask Setta to make." She murmured. She touched the hole on the wall and asked Furcas if there was any way for them to get the hole bigger.
' I don't know. I mean we're enclosed in a dark room made out of black rukh.' He ran his fingers on the wall and they heard small cries. They sounded anguishing and repenting for something. Azami shook her heard before taking out Furcas' necklace.
"Do you think we can use this necklace to project magic?" She asked the darkness djinn. Furcas examined his metal vessel before nodding. He told her that it can hold that much but they will still be needing a lot more magoi to open up the small hole.
"I'll just have to try to it! Zalam!" Shadows sprouts from beside her and into the light. It tried to make it bigger but it did not even bulge. She increased her magoi and it moved a little. Azami panted as more of her magoi was being used. She turned to Furcas and asked if he could use his magic as well. He tried and he could so he controlled the shadows on his side.
'Zill!' The small hole enlarged and light poured inside. Azami smiled at that but suddenly, her body stopped. Her eyes glazed over and dropped to the floor shaking. Her eyes changed from red to purple. Somebody was invading her mind. Furcas stopped his magic to look at his Queen.
'Azami! What's wrong!?'
"I-I don't know but something is entering my mind. I-I'm having memories of things that doesn't belong to me!" There were memories where she was an ambassador of Sindria, close one to Sinbad, Aladdin's sister and more. She screamed bloody murder as it slowly breaks her.
"AAAAAHHHHHH!!!" With one last scream, she fell to the floor unconscious. Furcas touched her but some kind of stunning magic prevented her from doing so. He glared at the small hole. It was large enough to see one person standing there. It was Sinbad.
'Sinbad!'
"Do you think I'll let you out so easily? Think again. And it's nice to see you too, Furcas. I didn't know where her meta vessels are but they will be of no use if she will not remember them." He said smugly. Furcas' eyebrow creased in confusion that was until it came to him that Sinbad altered her memories. He shook in anger and fling shadows towards him but Vepar countered it.
