Took the whole hecking 45 minutes-
And what I really like about this design is that it's(sorta) more mature and realistic than my other human designs. I tried making the pupils a tiny bit smaller to look more realistic, and it worked pretty well, lol
I also managed to keep his fabulous long hair without making him look like too much of a girl/child, so that's a win :0
Oh, and I just wanna take a moment to appreciate that FLIPPING HAND
It took me quite a while to get it the way I wanted, and I'm honestly really happy about that! I had DETERMINATION-
I'm just really proud of this drawing overall. I'm proud of myself, and I'm in such a GREAT mood! Not even the fact that the start of my exams are tomorrow can bring me down! XD
Also, Police Hat is just WAYYYY too friggin handsome, help me-

THE BLUE AND YELLOW ARE PRETTY MUCH THE EXACT SAME COLORS
And it makes sense too, Police hat has the traits of Justice and Integrity!
He doesn't lie(I would hope XD), and he always seeks justice, since he's a police officer! It's his job XDD
