Ross' POV
I drove up to Rydels drive way. For now I just want to speak with her because she understands, or sometimes reasons with me. I open her front door with out knocking because I didn't think I had to, but boy was I wrong.
I opened the door to see Rydel and Ellington on the couch making out, Rydel has her hands in his hair while he has his hands up her shirt. I must have made a noise because they ripped apart breathing heavily. I awkwardly walk into the living room and sit on the couch. I look at Rydel and smile a bit, then look to Ellington and glare. He may be like family, but after seeing him touch my sister, that brotherly side comes out and makes me want to kick his ass.
"Ross please don't tell Riker, he doesn't understand, we love each other." My eyes go wide.
"Wait, love? I thought you guys just wanted to have sex, wow this is awkward." I get up and started pacing back and forth. Ellington speaks up.
"We've been dating for a year now, and we'd like to date longer so please don't tell Riker." I pause and look at my sister and Ellington, holding hands looking up at me with desperate stares. 'I don't want to get in the middle of that.'
I sigh sitting back down on the opposite couch. "I promise I won't tell Riker." Rydel squeals and lunges her arms around me giving me a bone crushing hug.
"Thank you, thank you, thank you." She starts kissing my cheeks as I start pushing her away.
"So who else knows?" Rydel looks at Ellington and shrugs her shoulders.
"Just his parents and you now." I nodded my head slowly then popped my head back up.
"I came here to have one of our sessions." Rydel frowns a bit.
"Ratliff."
"What?"
"Get out."
Ellington doesn't even question Rydel he just walks out without a word.
"Okay, so spill." I take a deep breath and adjust myself on the edge of my seat.
"So, I'm in love with Laura if you didn't know that already, but she's hiding something huge. And earlier today we went to the store, she started balling her eyes out over baby shoes, oh and the fucking mother that I saw on the train was there feeling my arm up." Rydel doesn't look at me as if I spoke gibberish, she got the part that I was most upset about.
"You should wait till Laura tells you, if you go snooping around it'd hurt to much to find out another way other than her." Rydel looks off to the side nervous. Then it hit me.
"You know?" Her eyes snap to mine immediately, then she looks to the ground and nods her head. I stand off her couch and just left. If I would have stayed I would have gotten angry, and Rydel doesn't deserve that.
I find myself driving down a familiar path, it lead to a white beach house with palm trees swaying around it. 'Calum's house' I walk up to the door and hold out my finger to push the doorbell. But then I pause.
What if Calum wants nothing to do with me? Laura said that he's just blank now. Is that true?
'Well I'm about to find out.'
I pushed the door bell.
