Chapter 33

I sit on the couch, before intently staring at the fairy godmother. I take a sip of the tea, as a warm smile forms on my lips. It tastes like a warm sea on a nice summer day. I look over at Rena, as she stares down at the teacup.

"Rena, everything okay?" Bloom asks, tilting her head to the side. The said girl shrugs her shoulders, as a serious expression appears on her face. "She's not okay," Stella points out.

"I'm sorry..." Rena murmurs, before lifting her head. "Not only are the Trixs paying us a visit, but they've sent something new at us. Winx, Eldora, please brace yourselves."

Suddenly, the ground begins to shake. I exchange a look with Stella, before looking at Rena, who's surprisingly calm. "Girls, follow me!" I state, before leading the way outside.

Just as I step outside, a beam of ice magic comes charging at me. I sidestep, as her attack hits the porch. I narrow my eyes at the Trixs, who are standing right in front of us.

"Hey, Winx," Icy mocks, before putting her hands on her hips. I clench my fists in rage, as an amused smirk forms on her lips. If anything, I'll make them pay for interrupting my cup of tea!

"Aqua: Empressix!"

"Winx: Tiefix!"

The moment I finish transforming, I immediately make my way to them, with the Winx following right behind me. The Trixs take a step towards us, with amused smirks on their faces.

"Hello, Winx." Icy holds out her hands and sends a beam of ice at us. I snap my fingers, as the ice melts and falls to the ground. Icy shoots a glare at me, as I put my hands on my hips. She should already know by now that I'd nullify her attack.

"Electric tornado!" Stormy shouts, before creating a tornado around us. While the other girls are swept up by the spell, Rena and I remain on the ground. I look over at Rena, who closes her eyes in concentration. "Cancel," she murmurs.

The tornado disappears into thin air. Rena catches them with her air magic, as Stormy clenches her fists in pure rage. "Good job, Rena," I compliment, as she nods in my direction. "My turn. Water spikes! Water vortex!"

Water spikes appear right below them, as they barely avoid my attack. A swirl of water then charges at them and hits the Trixs head on, before knocking them to the ground. The three girls lay weakly on the ground, as I put my hands on my hips.

"Aqua, watch out!" Flora shouts, which captures my attention. I immediately pivot to the right, just as a beam of magic hits the place I was previously at. I glance in that direction, as dozens of cloaked figures float towards us.

"Who are they!?"

"These creatures are known as Ectoplasm Spectators," Rena explains. "They used to haunt the forest of flowers. They have the ability of spirits, which includes intangibility. Along with that, they're able to shoot painful, green rays of energy at their opponents. Not only that, but they can teleport and instantly regenerate after being hit."

I purse my lips. "Any weaknesses?"

"There's only one known weakness," Rena answers. "In this forest, there's a flower known as Lenugia. When the flower hits them, they immediately disappear."

I nervously glance around. If a flower is the only way to defeat them, then how do we know which flower to use? I look at Flora, as a serious expression appears on her face. If anything, we need to think of a solution immediately!
