Chapter 41: Date Night For S and Z

Chapter 41:

Zeenat P.O.V:

It's two days before Shuaib comes for the proposal, I am so excited, we finally getting somewhere, I can't wait to be Mrs Akoo. Then I get a message from my honey bear (Shuaib)

Hey Sweetie

Guess who got a night planned for his sweet soon to be bride!

Be ready will pick you up @ 6pm

Excited for tonight, she goes home, to find a beautiful box tied elegantly with a ribbon she open's it carefully to find a gorgeous dress that wow's her. Its black, the perfect length it will go perfectly with her Steve Madden heels she recently purchased from Edgars, Yes in shop at Edgars, they got some really good stuff.

After a long soak in a bubble bath, changing into her gorgeous dress, applying light Make-up, and donning her stilettos.

Just than Shuaib appears at her window, and helps her down, (what a Romeo & Juliet/ Rameez & Amaani) He is such a cheese balls, but it's really sweet, I feel like a fairy-tale princess. We got into his car and he opens the door for me, settle it down and putting on some awesome music.

Zeenat: Hey honey bear, where we're going tonight? I asked after greeting

Soon enough, they arrived at the beach. With the waves gently crashing

Relaxed on the sand, speaking about anything and everything. Just when she

Thought that it couldn't get any better, Shuaib led her to another part of

The beach. He said that they were going to have dinner.

Zeenat: Dinner? There's no restaurants on this end. Hey, are you gonna

Catch some fish and cook it here? I teased.

Shuaib: Better than that (wink) here we are

"Whoa!" I gasped in surprise.

"It's just amazing!!" says Zeenat

There was a table for two laid out on the sand. Candles lit up the table

And created this cosy atmosphere. And the food was just amazing. Garlic

Bread for starters. Adega prawns and pasta for the main course, and

Refreshing iced tea.

After the absolutely filling and delicious meal, Shuaib made a fire and

We toasted and ate marshmallows. Then we walked along the beach

Contentedly, getting to know one another even better. We spoke about

Our lives from the time we were young, their families, their friends

And even work. Seeing that it was only 9pm, they decided to head to

Gateway, to go for bowling and then maybe a late night movie.

Although I had hardly gone bowling before, I quickly got used to

It. At the end of the game, I was only 5 points behind Shuaib and it was so much of fun, just because I was with him.

They ended up going to watch a

Movie after that Zeenat's choice of course and snacking on popcorn and

Astros. Perhaps a weird combination, but a great one nonetheless. Once the

Movie ended Shuaib looked at his watch.

Shuaib: (jokes) I'd better take you home already before your parents think

I kidnapped you.

Zeenat: Ah, yes... Time flies when you're having fun.

As we reached my house, Shuaib got off and opened the door for me.

Zeenat: Thank you for tonight. It was just amazing (smile)

Shuaib: (smile) before she could say another word, he pulls her into a hug

And says, "It was a pleasure. I love spending time with you."

I blushed and quickly greeted him goodbye, promising to meet up again

Soon.

In the next few minutes I was off into dreamland, dreaming of the

Wonderful evening that had passed... it was truly an evening to remember
