Fic title: Strike!

Y/N's POV

What began as a simple and calming night to have fun with friends quickly became a competitive evening of pure enthusiasm.
Bowling - I personally really liked the sport. In fact, I was the one to suggest the activity.
Kokichi scoffed at it. "Tch. Just because you're the SHSL Bowling Pro."
Kirumi glared him down before smiling at me. "That does indeed sound like fun. Does anyone have any objections?"
Oma opened his mouth only to have Kiibo's robotic hand placed over it. The SHSL Robot rolled his ice blue eyes.
"Then it's settled!" I chirped.
So, off we went to go as I prepared to pin the opposition to the ground! None of my friends had managed to strike a nerve with me, but that didn't stop my competitiveness from taking over.

oof, timeskip already? Damn—

The bowling place was warm with bright neon signs and the noise of chatter drawling the background. Once we all got our bowling shoes on we decided to set up our game, no teams, just all verses all, and order a bite to eat.
Rantaro waved the waiter over suavely and ordered a large portion of f/f to share. Kokichi decided to order a Panta too.
Kaito decided to kick off the night by going first.
Maki jokingly asked if he wanted to use a ramp to roll his ball off of since he'd picked the heaviest one (probably intentionally). He stubbornly declined and threw the ball with all the grace of an alien with a broken arm. He didn't hit a single pin. What was worse was that he said he didn't need barriers to play. I sighed and stifled a laugh.
Next up with Himiko. She staggered over to the ramp with her ball and placed it on top. She took out her wand and swirled it around. Miu, trying to speed things up so she could get drunk at the bar, barked, "Hurry up!". When Himiko's ball remained unmoving, she lightly tapped it with her wand which sent it soaring down the ramp and hitting four pins. On her second attempt she nailed three pins.
"That was amazing, Himiko!" Tenko praised loudly, causing a few people to stop and stare.
I decided to go next. I got a spare, not bad considering everyone was distracting me, and sat down so that the others to take their turns.
Gonta went next. Kirumi was smart enough to properly supervise since she knew very well that he could easily break someone's face with a ball that heavy. He threw it was gently as he could muster and got a strike. Everyone cheered and Gonta looked like he was going to cry either from happiness or not being 'gentlemanly' enough to lose so that others could feel happy about winning.
People actually weren't that bad - Shuichi was very precise and got a spare, Kaede got seven overall, Kirumi watched as everyone else took their turns - until Tenko took her turn.
"Good luck, Tenko!" Angie beamed.
Tenko growled in response. "Don't tell me what to do. Yeesh!"
She composed herself and took the heaviest ball, and lunged it at the pins.
She didn't aim well enough.
It hit the ceiling and fell onto Angie's now broken foot.
"OH GOD DAMMIT." Kirumi exclaimed. "IT WAS GOING SO WELL."
Ryoma, Kokichi and Miu were laughing extremely hard as people started to run over. Angie was bawling (bud-dum chh) as Kiibo and Gonta tried to help her walk back to the cars so that they could take her to the hospital.
Korekiyo and Kirumi dealt with the astronomically high bills, with Shuichi frantically apologising.
As Kiibo walked out with Angie and Gonta, Kokichi whispered to him, "I didn't expect robots to be so empathetic."
Just as he was about to pounce on the annoying student, Gonta calmed him down and off the trio went.
Tsumugi quickly cosplayed herself as some random looking character and ran out, too embarrassed to be associated with them, as Maki and Himiko tried to offer their aid.
I just watched everything unravel.
Rantaro sat down next to me and twiddled his thumbs. "So, this was the most fun night of the evening."
I smiled. "Guess you're not wrong."
We paused and looked at the carnage before us.
"Should we just... should we just go out for pizza next time?"
He hesitated before replying in a low voice. "Probably."
