Ok long-ish chapter...You're welcome?...I'm sorry?
Eloise and James were halfway through a homemade quidditch game - balls of wrapping paper making quaffles and taking turns in putting their arms in an 'O' shape above their heads for the hoops. James had just scored when Lily walked out in a towel, dripping wet from the shower, stopping James mid-victory dance. His cheeks turned a marvelous shade of red to match his mickey mouse boxers (courtesy of Eloise last Christmas) and his mouth dropped open. Lily's blush rivalled his and her face almost blended in with her hair. She yelped slightly, her eyes were wide and flicked to his shirtless torso which, thanks to nonstop quidditch, gave Sirius Black's abs a run for their money. Eloise looked between the two and crossed her arms amusedly. James ran a hand through his already messy bedhead and cleared his throat,
"Well, jolly good game Belle, I'll see you downstairs" with that he ran out of the dorm.

Being a Saturday, they didn't have lessons so Eloise got ready for her birthday. After a breakfast of waffles (her absolute favourite), the group went to sit outside by the Black Lake. It was a crisp day, and as it was her birthday, the girls put up with the boys. She lazily flicked through the album James had got her, smiling softly at the many many moving pictures of them. With her legs resting on Remus' lap and sandwiched between Sirius and James, each of which had an arm around her, James, her shoulders and Sirius, her waist. Lily noticed this and nudged Marlene, smirking she whispered in the girl's ear;
"Let's hope Cam doesn't see this." Marlene giggled, as Alice and Mary glanced at Eloise, smiling at her contentedness.
"Lilyyyyyyyyy" Came a stage whisper, "sit next to meeeeee?" The redhead looked at the boy, ignoring the smirks of the girls and boys surrounding. She pushed back her blush before answering,
"No." with a perfect poker face. James wasn't to be deterred, as he continued with the exaggerated whispering, until finally, with a sigh, she turned to look him in the face.
"James, if I set next to you, will you leave me alone?" James smirked and shrugged nonchalantly.The girl sighed, and stood up, walking over to the messy haired boy. She bent over and stuck her finger in his face, "This is only because it's your birthday", before sitting next to him. "Resume conversation!" She exclaimed, laughing slightly at everyone's astounded looks.
"Since when were those two on first name basis?" Eloise asked Remus under her breath. He only smiled and shrugged, leaving Eloise to wonder what the hell happened to the feud between them.

Sirius was given the task to round up the guests for the twins' surprise party. He strolled the corridors, hands in pockets and winking at whichever girls he passed. He reached the Hufflepuff Common Room by the kitchens and waited outside until someone came out. After a minute or so, a blonde second year stumbled out of the barrel door,
"Hey! You there!...Small child" he called and the girl turned around,
"Y-yes?"
"There's a party tonight in Gryffindor Common Room. A surprise for the Potters" he said and the Hufflepuff nodded, "It's an open party so tell everyone you can"
"Ok, I will" she turned around and re-entered the Common Room. Sirius nodded and made his way to Ravenclaw Tower.
He reached the door and as he neared it, the bronze knocker came to life,
"What do you give to others, but still try and keep?"
"I don't bloody know, I came here to invite people to a birthday party" Sirius crossed his arms and leant against the wall. He had been like that for a few minutes when he became bored, "Give me another riddle Mr Knocker"
