When I made it to the outskirts of the park I could feel the temperature drop by at least twenty degrees. I saw Alya, Luka, Alix, Nino, and Juleka spread out hiding behind trees and bushes, eyes trained on the tip of the fountain in the center. There stood a man with short silver hair and unnervingly pale blue skin. He wore a tailored dark blue suit, with a frilly white color, and he carried a fancy blue cane with a shining stone on the end.

I was almost completely lost in the sight of it when I saw frantic movement in my peripheral vision, I looked over to see that Juleka was motioning me to come to hide with her behind a bench.

Before I could take a step towards her the man jumped off the top of the fountain, humming a tune softly. Once his feet hit the ground he pointed his cane at the fountain, and a blast of white light shot out of it. Once the blast hit its target ice began to spread across the fountain and onto the ground. The ice continued to spread slowly across the ground, and it began to grow close to Nino's hiding spot. He was posted behind a snow-covered bush and he could see the ice growing closer. It became apparent that the ice was getting too close and he decided to bail running out of his hiding spot to find cover.

"Freeze!"

The akumatized victim laughed maniacally at his pun, pointing his cane at Nino. My body went into autopilot as I rolled up a snowball and chucked it. It was a direct hit on the man's cheek and his neck snapped at the force. He whipped back around to look in my direction, flashing an eerie grin at me.

"Finally an opponent, you want a snowball fight? Well, I'll give you a snowball fight!"

He stabbed the ice with his cane and a flurry of snow started to swirl next to him. Suddenly it began to form into large blocks of snow till a sharp-toothed monster stood looming across the park from me. He was made of white globs of snow and ice, his fangs were formed from long sharp icicles.

"Winter isn't really my favorite season but I guess I'll have to deal with you anyway. It's a good thing I'm a snow cat!"

Chat Noir and Ladybug stood a few yards away from the monster, in a fighting stance. I took my chance to run over to the nearest snow bank and hide for cover.

"Let's dance little heroes."

I dived behind the snow bank as the fighting ensued. Flashes of lights and piles of snow flew past my head. I sat with my back up against the snowbank trying to catch my breath. But when I heard a roar from the fight I began to grow curious. I peeked over to be met with a growing army of snow monsters that Ladybug and Chat Noir were trying to fight through to get to the Akuma victim, who was creating more of them. The snow people were overtaking the park to the point where they were starting to spread out and grow close to all of our hiding places.

Ladybug took a blow to the stomach sending her flying back, sliding on the icy ground. She bounced up to her feet and shouted.

"Any civilians in the area need to leave now and seek shelter!"

I took that as my cue to leave and struggled to my feet. I sprinted to the park's edge and hoped my friends did the same. I could hear heavy footsteps and growling starting to follow me, growing closer with every second.

When I reached the streets, I pushed forward and took a sharp left down an alleyway between businesses. Praying that the snow beasts went away, in a flash my wish was answered as I watched the thing stalk menacingly. I waited a solid few seconds in silence as I slowly started making my way further back into the alleyway. My walk crept into a run. My mind was only able to think of getting home, the only place that felt safe at the moment.

I ran blindly through the unidentifiable alleys cutting through businesses and jumping fences, trying to find something I recognized. I could hear the monsters howling all around me, undoubtedly wreaking havoc around the city.
