The mood is quite lively. "second" grabs "hubby" and heads to the bedroom. "first" tells Ami that this is such an unexpected response, and she too might spend some time 'thanking' "hubby". She then gives Ami a kiss on the face saying 'I knew you were special, the others must think so too'.

Ami reads information on the terminal sent by governance, with "first" seated next to her.

Ami stays at the terminal, while others exchange places seated with her and visits to the bedroom.

In the room, "first" uses the fixture on the wall to perform gymnastic spins, rotations, and flip overs. She wears the robe "hubby" had on because it has a snap to bring the cloth between the legs.

"first" flips into the air and comes down on one knee and two fists with her face looking forward (a warrior's landing used in dramatic reenactments).

It impressed everyone. "first"'s arm muscles have become very pronounced because of the vigorous workout.

"second" pushes Ami and "hubby" out and walks up behind "first". Holding "first" she says, "I think I know some people like you. People I have met."

"first" is very pleased. Will this belonging day deliver news of her family? She grins.

"second" says: "They are always confident and proud. They have a motto 'Never Fail'".

"first" shakes, and her smile vanishes. Her eyes dilate at once.

"First" writhes on the floor.

She thinks: "No oh NO those words please never, NO not those words.."

Knees and hands (sometimes an elbow). It is mostly silent (she holds her breath to prevent unsettling noises), but the social systems are causing jerks. It is an unsettling sight. Social systems will cycle between freeze then release. Awful to watch, but it is much better than a system which locks and hides agony with no external sign to others.

"Second" falls to her backside in horror. Knowing quickly and fully (though incorrectly) what she has done.

"second" says: "Please, please. I did not mean to hurt you with that. Please 'first' please. Turn off your social systems. No one should ever have to have those on during belonging days. I am a complete fool. I am so sorry."

"First" turns off the system, but is clearly in extreme distress (leaving tears almost like streams).

"second" says: "I am a complete idiot. I am so very sorry. I met so many, full of confidence. I would see others later. But sometimes they would not be among them. I thought. Vacations. Retirements. Well earned. But now it is very clear. I am so sorry. Sometimes they did not come back!

Please 'first'. Go take a shower. Take blankets and pillows. Go to the couch. When Ami is done on the terminal, you should cuddle with her there. You deserve that."

"first" goes to the shower (shaking), and also with sadness because this is not her story. This is not what has triggered her trauma, yet she will go to the couch to be with Ami.

"second" uses her robe to wipe up the tears. Actual puddles where "first" had cried. "Second" holds the wet robe to her heart and vows, 'She will not make such a horrible mistake again. Who is she to think anyone could ever rely on her to care for any others at all, ever?'. She crawls into the bed.

"first" gets dried, dressed in a robe and carries blankets and pillows. She has a weak smile for "second", but a demeanor that says it will be OK. "first" goes to the couch, and waits for Ami to finish her searches on the terminal.
