The King of the Lan Realm (the swap plane) discusses matters with Ima.
Ima is still bolted to a restraint chair on a third plane of existence the Lan consider secure, but he is pretty confident as he explains to the king.
"It is true that the Wroug would like to keep on planet Wroug. But, the ascendant elLan that saved me is going to be more comfortable and will heal more fully. If I am under the protection of the Lan, just as Ami would be under the protection of the Lan on that plane of existence. At least early on......"
The King looks agreeable, but everyone looks to the side. A Lan Transport field drops two alLans and a young elLan into the room. Lans become citizens at age 200 and this girl looks to be 70 years old.
Ima rotates his mechanoid head towards the girl. "Princess. Nice to meet you. You should save the promise paper you have brought. The thing you wanted will happen without you using it now."
The only child of the Lan royal family is at that absolutist age. Very educated and cannot understand why rules and expectation would ever be skipped or bent. She wants her father to come to the birthday party, and she holds a promise slip written by the king.
The king sees his daughter still as a lovely baby. Even her demanding mindset is a thing of youth.
Ima and the princess have a quick conversation. What are you? Where is your body?
The story is told. A request by the Lan. A very mean person. Saved by a Lan that is ascendant.
The princess has the absolutist perspective. They protect someone that helps the Lan.
As she holds the promise slip in her hand, the thought is set.
"Daddy! Will you be returning with me to the party? Yes! Uhm Good."
She holds the paper in her hand and look first at her father the King and then to Ima.
The King knows this part of the puzzle is fitted. Ima will return to the home world of Lan Realm with his little princess.
