The second appearance of Arlow Tsai happened at an important time in the Multiverse.
On the mirror plane where Ami lived, this was when the War in the Multiverse against Shadow began.
They transferred Arlow to that plane of existence (still residing as spirit and soul energies in the mechanoid host body). They considered him an excellent resource to communicate with the humans of Planet Earth.
Wars against Shadow happen in every multiverse age. The wars usually result in shadow being dispelled completely.
When the war against shadow fails, the war is led by a Fae Queen that committed homicide.
There were many arguments preceding the start of the war.
"A non-magical Fae Queen has found the throne of power in dreamland?"
"A Fae Queen that has taken life?"
"Precognitive Powers say we will win?? Because a non-magical Wroug girl shines brighter in the Queen's heart?"
"The Ambassador of Planet Dragos has left his abode under the Royal Residences of Lan Space?"
Across the mutiverse, they made the call for the great battle from the hall of the most powerful Fae Queen.
"For those that wish to take part in this great work. Saving the Mutliverse from this great peril. We ask that you suspend any disbelief as you enter the rift gate portals."
