Arlow Tsai is fixated by this story being show in illustrations and text on a large book in his lap.

The girl M.G. starts staying at the Mages Institute of Learning.

The details skip as a page starts the important part where a sphere appears.

Appearing just before a dangerous magical creature is poised to kill M.G.

This version of Arlow Tsai is shocked at slaying the creature, but also seems to know that it was an important thing to happen. It was why he had been copied.

That Arlow gains the protection of the female guards. They seemed to know that male guards might never let such a lucky and public conquest go without duel requests.

The women guard determined in simple strength and speed tests. This 'champion' had no ranking skills.

Fate or fortune had been behind that victory.

The hero that dropped out of the sky also confided. He would not have a long life.

The mages kept order, pondering in councils "Why are the dying arriving in our realm?"

M.G. grew to young adolescence. Always as strange in conversation as she had ever been.

The dank night drew her seek the night sky. She stumbled and found herself without strength to stand back up.

The page of the book flips again.

A mage is writing an official record of events.

Powerful forces from a different plane arrive and pour spirit energy into the girl M.G. with the copy of the human man Arlow Tsai, also sacrificing his life to add to that girl.

The page of the book flips.

M.G. as a young woman marries the young Prince (were-bear of the Ursae Royal Family). M.G. looks very much like Princess Yva except in hair color.

The prince knew the prophecy about him for a long time. He felt they had not understood the specifics. He loved her.

The page flips very quickly.

M.G. dies as a young woman. Leaving her husband Prince forlorn. Knowing his wife, the strange other-worldly M.G. as perfectly accepting of death when it came.

"I married a prince. Lived in Castles. Saw actual magic and magic creatures. Do not cry too much, my prince. Do not blame your mother. She meant well.

Every day was a new gift of life. Your sunny face and fantastic strength were always a joy and comfort."

The book flipped pages.

Arlow Tsai thinks he saw an illustration flip by. Of a were-bear taller than mountains shaking his head in back-and-forth rage. Taking a swipe that knocks off a mountain side.

The back of the book flips to close.

Arlow sits a bit shaken.

The girl only ever had any life by gift of alien powers. The third copy of him had played a part in extending her life. Tragedy may have tinged that life, but she accepted it in joy.

Arlow Tsai wipes his eyes and leans back. Letting the large book fall off his knee.
