BTS' Jimin and SuMi are rumored to be in a relationship. The two famous members of BTS are often spotted alone in public together. Are they dating or just friends?
After knowing one another since 2014, has romance finally blossomed?
Netizens have gathered several pieces of evidence to back up this rumor. The first being the excessive skin-ship. SuMi is already known to show excessive skin-ship with her fellow members of BTS. However, SuMi and Jimin appear to be much closer in this regard. Netizens have also claimed that SuMi's interactions with the other BTS members have shown a slight decrease while her interactions with Jimin have shown an increase. Such as in the picture below:

The most concrete piece of evidence to prove the two Idols relationship is something that many viewers of BTS Jungkook's VLive on December 1st, 2023 caught.
In the VLive Jungkook is carrying a camera and walking around BTS's Dorm. He opens the door to SuMi's bedroom and for a split second, viewer could see SuMi and Jimin in the room together. The two are only shown for a short amount of time, not even a second, before Jungkook puts a hand over the camera and exits the room.
One ARMY slowed down the footage and took a screen shot of SuMi and Jimin. In the blurry screenshot, you can make out SuMi's figure sitting of Jimin's lap with her arms around his neck. Below is the screenshot:

So, are Jimin and SuMi in a relationship? The evidence point to yes.
