Summer Family Time

It was a pretty warm afternoon, you and Jeremy decided to take Thomas and Jenny to a carnival. It was nice to spend time together as a family since work keeps you guys from doing more things together.

"Mom, can we go to the funhouse?!" Thomas smiled pointing at the big funhouse.

"Sure, sweetheart. We can go together."

Jenny took one look at the funhouse before moving behind Jeremy. 

"Hey pumpkin, what's wrong?" Jeremy asked.

"I don't want to go!" Jenny cried. "Scary clown!" 

"Don't be a baby, Jenny," Thomas said crossing his arms.

Jenny started to cry from being made fun of and Jermey quickly picked her up.

"Thomas, stop that. She doesn't have to go if she doesn't want to," Jeremy said. "(Y/N), I'll stay here with Jenny. You and Thomas can go in."

You nodded and grabbed Thomas's hand walking towards the funhouse. You're honestly glad Jenny didn't come, you're a grown adult and even you were a bit freaked out, from the weird mirror room to the creepy clown painting on the walls all over. Thomas didn't seem to be bothered by anything though, he was having so much fun. You were happy once you made it to the exit.

"Wasn't that fun Mom!" Thomas asked.

"Um.. yeah. Super fun, sweetie..." You said trying to act like you're not freaking out. You looked around and you didn't see Jeremy and Jenny. "Come on let's go find your sister and father."

You held Thomas's hand as you walked around looking for Jeremy and Jenny, you honestly started to get a little worried that you didn't see the two of them anywhere.

"Mom! Mom!" You heard Jenny's voice. 

You turned around to see your smiling little girl run up to you with Jeremy walking behind her, hands full of a bunch of stuffed animals.

"Look, Daddy won me a bunch of toys!" Jenny cheered.

"How the heck did win all those?" You asked.

"It was a ball throwing game, got to thank my baseball skills." Jeremy smiled. "I mean, I'm also pretty awesome so that probably had something to do with it."

You laughed, rolling your eyes at Jeremy's stupid comment. Thomas was kind of sad he didn't stay with Jeremy.

"Come on, let's go get some ice cream." 

Pyro

It was a warm summer night and Phoenix and you took the kids to see fireworks being held on a beach. You got there early spending time walking on the beach by the sea together. As you walk, Mary ran around looking for shells.

"Mom look I found you a pretty shell!" Mary cheered holding up a big shell.

"That's beautiful, sweetheart. Thank you." You said taking the shell.

When it started to get dark, you guys found a nice spot on the sand. Once you found the perfect spot, Phoenix places the blankets on the sand and you and the kids sat down. As you guys waiting for the fireworks to start, Mary and Scarlet play with the sand, Daniel laid down in your lap and Ruby was putting sand in a water bottle. 

"Ruby, why are you putting sand in that water bottle?" Phoenix asked confused.

"I want to bring the beach home with us!" She explained with a smile.

A few minutes went by before the fireworks show began. The sight was beautiful, all the beautiful flashes of colors exploded in the air. Mary, Ruby, and Scarlet watched the show with smiles on their face, but surprisingly Daniel was fast asleep in your lap. After a while, the grand finale started, shooting tons of fireworks in the air at once. After the show ended, you got some ice cream before heading home.
