Scorpio woke up from a sleep that she felt like she hadn't had in a while. Her head was still aching and she felt dizzy once in a while but it was much more manageable. She looked over and saw Ophiuchus sleeping with his head on the table. He instantly woke up when Scorpio moved from the bed.

"Sorry for taking your space."

"It's no big deal." He looked tired but he managed a smile.

"Do you wanna sleep?" Scorpio offered to get out of the bed for him.

"No no it's ok, I had a lot of things to think about. Besides, I can sleep anywhere." He boasted.

"You up for breakfast?" He got up and moved to the open kitchen.

"I'm starving."

He ducked into the fridge and frowned.

"Shit, I forgot to get groceries yesterday." He facepalmed and groaned.

He looked at Scorpio and sighed. "Do you mind staying alone for a bit? I need to drive into town to get food for the week."

"No not at all."

"I'll be back as fast as possible. Don't take your medicine on an empty stomach, I have some leftover if you really get hungry." He hurriedly grabbed his coat as the morning air in Kyoto still carried a chill.

As he was about to leave he looked back. "Oh, if you need there's a gun under the mattress." He said and then shut the door, locking it.

A gun? Scorpio curiously lifted the mattress and there was in fact a pistol tucked away. He did live out here on his own so it made sense to have some sort of weapon for defense. She decided to use the time to get some more rest in order to heal faster.

Ophiuchus drove down the one lane road, mist shrouded but faded as he went down the mountain. After a twenty minute drive the quaint town came into view. It had a complete traditional feel but still attracted tourists yearly. He parked his car in a crowded parking lot and went to the nearest store. He grabbed as many things as he could physically carry and checked out in under fifteen minutes. As he was carrying the bags out in a hurry and ran into someone, causing them to fall.

"Oh I'm so sorry." He put down his bags to help her up.

"Don't worry about it." She shook her head and smiled.

As he was about to leave he felt her grab the sleeve of his long sleeved shirt. He looked over in confusion.

"Have you seen this woman?" She held up her phone with a picture of Scorpio.

Shit, this must be that Aries girl that was chasing Scorpio.

"No I haven't seen her." He said simply and turned to leave.

"That's a shame. She went missing around where you live." Her words sent shivers down his spine. How did she know where he lived. Despite feeling on edge he kept his cool.

"The woods around where I live have caused a lot of people to get lost. I suggest you report it to the police and they can conduct a search."

He walked back to his car and exhaled.

"Jesus Christ, that girl is fucking creepy." He breathed and backed out. He wondered if she should report her to the police but then he realized that there was nothing against her, no proof of anything.

He shook his head to get him out of the scared thoughts and drove down the isolated highway and back up to the mountain. The drive up felt shorter then the way down, probably because he was going way over the speed limit. He parked the car in his gravel driveway and lugged the groceries to the door. He set them down and pulled out his keys to unlock the door.
