i'm this 👌 close to making this a story because i LOVE THIS AU SO MUCH
it's basically a Japanese Folklore AU with gakushuu being a kitsune and karma an oni because i've been reading too much of these myths
BUT I LIKE THE IDEA OK
anywhoooo i'm not gonna punctuate this,,,,, but it's basically karma praising and pampering his very beautiful kitsune because i need more fluff
am i the only one who thinks karma fits the oni role so well? although karma isn't quite described here for his oni features, im very tempted to make a part two because this is again, very short

A face peeks out of the beds of fur, it's nine-tails twitching in anticipation.
The Oni can't help the small rumble of joy, pleased to see his Kitsune so trusting and just so perfect for him.
Gakushuu's violet eyes flicker at him, before back at his nest. And he immediately understands.
Carefully, he enters the extravagant nest, not wasting any time as he scoops the nine-tailed fox up.
"So perfect, the nest is absolutely beautiful," Karma praises to heart, crooning when the Kitsune purrs sweetly in response.
Gakushuu meekly coos. "Made it just for you," he confesses.
"I know sweetie," says the Oni, gosh, how did he end up with the most beautiful being? "You did it so good too. I love it."
Gakushuu immediately swoons, a fluffy tail appears to wrap itself around Karma's knee, and the occasional chirp he does throughout purrs is adorable.
Who knew Kitsunes could nest, Karma thinks with a twinkle of adoration.
