Seven years ago

It was risky going back, but he just couldn't keep himself away. He needed to see his mate. With luck he made it past the border of the Blood Cresent pack and followed her scent to the second floor of the house. He had to give it to the pack, it's defenses were very strong. He knew he got lucky when the window to her room was open. With much skill he jumped and then climb into her room. She was softly sleeping, he could hear her soft snoring. She cuddled a purple rabbit that was holding a flower. She was beautiful, his flower. He slowly bent down and as light as he could, he gave her a kiss on her cheek. A small smile followed on her face after his kiss and that made him happy.
The alarm went off, signaling that someone has entered the pack and he cursed. As quickly as he could he made his way out of the pack in record time, but the alpha was chasing him so he had to push himself to throw the Alpha off and just when the Alpha was on his tail he jumped into the river, masking his scent and then runs away on the other side of the river. He didn't dare go back that night, the packs defense would've tenfold by now. So he made his way back to the mountains. The sun was just about to rise, but he made it back.
To his irritation there was Julian with his goofy smile sitting on a rock outside the cave. "The answer is still no, comming here once or twice a week won't change my mind. I might just try to kill you." He still smiled. "Nah you wouldn't kill me." He rolls his eyes and make his way inside with the king just following him. He just ignored him and continued on making him something to eat, he was really hungry. A high speed chase will do that to you. "No king, it won't change." the kings shoulders sagged. "What if you find your mate? Do you think she will leave her pack to join you in this cave? Or do you think the alpha will allow you to even join their pack? What about your kids?" That hit my heart and the king smirks, knowing that he hit a sensitive spot when he growled. "I'm just saying!" He puts his hand up in surrender. The kings questions lingered in his mind. "If I become your beta, I will live away from everyone." The king smiled in triomf. "Anything you want, just become my beta." Dear lord he was going to regret this, but he knew why he had to agree. "Deal."
"Oh this is wonderful! We can just go right? You don't have anything you really need to take along?" He gave a look to the king. "Alright, one bag then?" He rolls his eyes. He didn't think he would ever understand this man and he was about to become his Beta. The king might just be insane.

The necklace is so beautiful, it fit her dress beautifully. "You look beautiful honey." She couldn't help but smile.  "That's a pretty necklace, where did you get it honey?" Her father ask, she doesn't think she could tell him that she just found it on the bed this morning. She knew it wasn't from her family, but somehow she felt attached to it. Like the person who sent this was very important to her. To top ot off it doesn't even make sense in the slightest. How can she feel attached about the necklace when she should worry about how it got there. "I bought it for myself the other day with sone bet money. Aiden lost pretty hard on a bet." Her father chuckles. "Oh you and your brothers." He gives her one of his pappa bear hugs. He was a great hugger. "I love you Daddy." She nuzzles her face against his chest. He kissed her head while stroking her hair. He always does that.
"I love you too Sweetheart. Now let's go down and enjoy your party." It was her 17th birthday.
In the pack house the music was already playing and she wanted to go back to her bed. It is safe, comfy and fluffy.
"To many people."
She mumbles and her father chuckled. "You know your mother, you say dinner she throws a barbecue. You say nothing fancy and she'll throw a ball. Just go with it." She couldn't help but laugh. She loves her mother, but at some times she was a bit much.

The party wasn't that bad, only the closest friends were invited. My father's beta, Daniel and Cassandra were here with their kids Andy and his mate Olivia. Then his sister April with her mate Lawrence. The delta Kane and Elsa with their kid, Bria who is mated with Ivan. I remember how my mother squealed when Ivan told them that he and Bria were mates. Poor Bria was so red and she couldn't even look people in the eye that day.
Then we have Jean and Matthew with little Gwen. Gwen we call Madeline's shadow or the Luna's shadow. Gwen was crazy about her mother and followed her everywhere. Gwen has no mate yet and she thinks that makes Ivan and Matthew happy since 'she can't kiss a boy until she is 30' talk. Poor Gwen. Then there is Austin and Dawn with Aurora. Aurora is also not mated but she is around her age so she still has time. Then there is Uncle Max and Neonella with Adella and Lana. They really give Max all his grey hair, really. Well more Lana than Adella. Lana is a total party freak. Then there is my best friend Monika and some other school kids. Naturally all her brothers were there and with those who had their mates.
We were one big happy family.

"Happy birthday to you..." Her mother sings and the people made way for her. She was walking towards her with a cake held in Xavier's hand. She wanted to hide away. She never knows what to do when they sing that song. She could just smile as she admired her her cake.

Her mother even put a little bunny on it. She adored it. "Happy birthday day to you!" The finished the song and she blew out the candle. Everyone cheered and clapped and she just stood there a blushing mess. Everyine gave a speech and then the party begins. "So, are you ready to party!?" Monika came to hug her. "I don't really have a choice now do I?" They giggled. "Nope, now let's go dance!" Monika loved to dance.

The party was kind of fun, she thanked her mother for only inviting close people. It made it alot easier to enjoy herself. When it is Xavier's birthday the whole pack is always invited, but she guesses that comes with being the next alpha. Now she was dressed in the most comfiest clothes known to man kind. Her pj's and no one can argue that it was not. She was just about to fall asleep when there was someone knocking on her door. "Come in." All her brothers enters the room and she shook her head as Xavier picked her up from her comfy bed and down to the family room where they made a huge bed. "It's time for some family videos!" She smiled. They did this every year on her birthday where they would watch a bunch of video's and pictures that was taken since birth till now. She enjoyed it, but she dared not to tell her brothers or else they would do it more. She didn't need that. "Hey Baby Sis, we love you. You know that right?" Xavier tells her and all her brothers agreed. "Well of course you love me. I'm your favorite sister." They smiled. "Our only sister!"  They yelled in sync.
Yeah she loves her brothers.
