November

"It's been so boring around here at the manor," Finny complained from where he stood in Ciel's study room with Mey-Rin and Baldroy. You watched the trio from where you sat from your seat before the grand desk that Ciel used and you couldn't help but lightly giggle upon hearing the complaints that were coming from the servants.

It was clear that Ciel was having enough of their complaining as he lightly slammed the pen he was holding down onto the table, the loud sound making the servants flinched. "The manor isn't a place to be having fun or playing in! What are you all even doing here?! Don't you have duties you should be getting too?"

"We finished them early this morning actually," you told him and he drew his attention over to you, the irritation that was in his eyes slowly fading away and he sat back in his leather chair.

"Is that so," he hummed and he leaned his head on the palm of his right arm that was resting on the shoulder of the chair.

"Is there anything that we can do during November?" Mey-Rin questioningly asked, peering around at the others.

"There's nothing that I can think of," Finny said uncertainly as he scratched at his head.

"I'm sure there are holidays around this time of year," Bard stated, the others earnestly looking up at him at the word holiday.

"Which ones then!"

"How about Thanksgiving?" Sebastian stated from where he stood to the side of the room, his words instantly drawing the attention of the servants.

"What's Thanksgiving?" Finny curiously asked with a raise of his hand.

"It's this tradition that they do in America where we have a feast and be thankful of everything," Bard answered making both Mey-Rin and Finny turned to him. "There's also something about native americans and pilgrims and stuff, but nobody talks about that," Bard said with a dismiss of his hand.

"Wow! So it's basically a giant feast with your friends huh!" Finny exclaimed excitedly. "That actually sounds like such fun!"

"Right! It would be fun to eat with the young master and everyone else, yes it will!" Mey-Rin chorused in agreement and you couldn't help but shake your head at the words of the servants all the while chuckling.

"A feast with the ones we care about huh?" Ciel thoughtfully said from where he sat in his chair. "Sebastian." He called to the butler that was standing at the side of the room and he immediately headed over to Ciel's side. "Prepare such a meal and invite those who are close to us."

Sebastian's eyes widened as he glanced down at the young male and you saw him blink his eyes several time. "But my lord."

"That's an order Sebastian"

Sebastian was quiet before he bowed to Ciel who simply watched him almost appearing to be bored, but there was an emotion on his face that you couldn't identify. "Yes, my lord."

"We'e having a feast?" Bard asked incredulously before a wide smile came onto his and the other servants faces.

"We're having a feast!" Mey-Rin and Finny chorused in unison and you couldn't help but watch them with a happy smile on your face.

"We'll go get everything done in preparation!" Finny declared, the others furiously nodding their head in agreement.

"We definitely be useful this time," Mey-Rin stated, her words being the last from the three of them as they darted out of the room.

"Where do they get all that energy from?" Ciel sighed after having watched them leave, Sebastian following them out of the room.

"They're just excited for the party that's all," you told the earl bemusedly from where you sat in the seat before him. "Truthfully, I'm rather excited for this party as well. It seems like it'll be fun."
