Chapter 6

Myra's P.O.V.

Today is what we have been waiting for. Because it's our graduation day!

"It feels so good to know that we have already graduated!" Hazel said and smiled, one of my classmate.

"Yeah all hard works has been paid off, but we're going to split up" Dave said. The tone of his voice is full of sadness made us feel sad too.

We've been together for almost 9 years, We are classmates since highschool up to now.

"That's why we should enjoy tomorrow night" Cass said, happily.

Tomorrow night, we will all have a drink party fot our batch 2019-2020.

"Let's take a selfie first before calling our name" Paulo said.

We took a selfie and waited for the names of our sections to be called.

"Myraquel Gonzaga" Say my name.

I got up and I heard the applause, of course the applause was scripted, Sir said the one who did not applaud would not graduate.

"Thank you" I said as our principal handed me my diploma.

My heart was full of joy, Now I can chase my dreams because I'm done studying. I walked back to my seat, but even before I could sit down I felt dizzy.

Suddenly my sight keep on rotating itself, so I stopped walking and grabbed my head.

"Hey? Are you okay?" Cass asked and helped me to sit down.

"What happened?" Dave asked.

"I was just dizzy" I said and closed my eyes.

"Hey? Are you okay? What happened?" Hazel asked.

"I'm fine guys" I said.

"Drink some water first" Cass said and handed me a bottled of water.

"Rest there first" Cass said.

"Don't worry my dizziness will disappear later" I said.

I just applauded for every student who was called but I was still struggling with dizziness and accompanied by a headache.

We all finished the ceremony and we graduated. We congratulated each other and took selfies.

"It's annoying that I delayed again" I told Cass.

"I was like that sometimes" Cass said.

"I'm a regular, I don't know why not now" I said.

"Ow no! menstrual talk" Dave said laughing.

"You're really gossipy" Cass said and punched Dave on his arm.

"Hey, maybe you two end up together" I said and laughed.

"Yuck don't! never!" Cass shouted.

I just smiled to them and watch them tease each other.

I went to Mom who was in the Canteen and bought her food, she was watching my graduation.

Then we went home together.

The next night was our batch celebration.

We wore the printed T-shirt where we all looked alike. Sir John also joined and joined us because he was our supervisor.

My phone suddenly vibrate, I pick it up from my pocket.

'Be careful, you are not allowed to drink until I am the one you are with. Go home right away and text me. I will be overtime here for my part time job to earn more salary, I love you '
