"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid." John 14:27(ESV)

Every once and awhile we go through a stressful times. It gets very crazy during these hard times. During these times we are always looking for someone for relief. You feel as though your whole world is crumbling before your eyes. When we feel stressed out and we continue to boil on it, it shows we might have a lack of trust in God.

When we continue to stress about things during these times, we might forget the one that is always there for us. God is our comforter. He is here to comfort us through these times. In these times we dwell on our pain and we sometimes make ourselves hurt more by not giving God our worried and troubles.

If we have come to a stressful time it might show we drifted away from God. To overcome stress and these hard times we pray about it and praise you God!

"What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Romans 8:31(ESV)

"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved." Psalm 55:22(ESV)

"Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act." Psalms 37:5

"The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you." Romans 16:20

We have to remember trust God. He is always with us through these times. During these times it tests our faith. No matter what we go through, God is always with you and he will take your troubles away, if you just trust him.

Dear Lord,
Through these tough times, I want to thank you for helping me. I might forget you are there but you still won't leave me. This proves how amazing you are. If I'm going through a tough and stressful time, take my burdens from me. Give me peace and help me to get through it. In Jesus name, Amen.
