BONUS CHAPTER #25: Naruto's Charm
"Naruto, why are you acting so-" Nia was snuggled against the genin as they stood in his room in Konoha.
"Because I want to know if... you actually like being around me..." Naruto whimpered, squeezing Nia even tighter to him.
Nia had her hands rested at his chest.
"Baby, how could you ask that? Of course I do."
"Yeah? Well, I feel like you might feel the need to be with another man more than you do me."
"And why do you think that?"
"I don't know, sweetie..."
"Honeybun... I don't want another man," Nia cupped Naruto's face in her hands.
"Yeah, but-"
"Naruto, stop. You're just feeling a little insecure."
"Sweetie, you know I'm not insecure."
"Well, you're acting like it right now because you keep thinking I don't want you or something."
Naruto didn't say anything.
"Baby... you know you're my dream," Nia smiled warmly at the blond. "The qualities I want in a boyfriend and even husband... you have them. You're my literal dream guy."
"Then why do... I feel like-"
"Naruto, you're everything I want in someone. I think you're just perfect."
Hearing this, the ninja felt rather reassured. He reddened.
"There's no one in my past, present, or future that I want more than you. I always yearn for you... I always wish we could be together ever since I fell for you."
"You... really mean that, Nia?"
"Yes..." Nia gazed deeply in Naruto's eyes. "I'm positive... i'm meant to be with someone like you for the rest of my life. There's no doubt in my mind."
A smile played on Naruto's lips.
"Baby..." The girl then grabbed his hands. "I'm meant to be with someone who inspires me. Someone who makes me wanna be a better person. I'm meant to be with someone who's kind, loyal, empathetic, nonjudgmental... someone who won't play with my heart nor break my trust. Soneone... who'll accept me for everything that I am. I'm meant to be with a really good person. Someone... like you."
"Sweetie..." Naruto's heart thudded.
"I'm positive that the qualities you have is what I want in a person, Naruto. You're my exact type."
"And there's no one-"
"There's no one I want from my past that I desire to be with more than I do to be with someone like you. I think i'm made to be with someone who's like you. After all, it was your strong minded character that helped me to snap out of my depression. I think you're such an incredible person."
"My sweet Nia!" Naruto embraced Nia even tighter.
"Oh honeybun..." Nia blushed as she smiled against his chest.
