The gang sat in the living room having small talk while they waited for Bryson and Rain to join them. Jeannette had given them the pregnancy test and joined the others giving them privacy.
"You think we should check it now or wait another minute or two?" Rai asked as she bounced her leg nervously on the side of the bed. Bryson had a million thoughts running through his mind, but on the outside he appeared cool as a fan. "Go ahead and check. I'll wait here for you." He gave her hand a reassuring squeeze "No matter what I told you I'mma be by your side, so be easy babygirl." He kissed her forehead and motioned for her to get up.
Making her way to the bathroom slowly her heart was racing, and her legs felt shakey. She had mixed emotions about the possibility of her being pregnant, and most of all she didn't wanna lose Bryson but she knew if it came down to it she would always her child over anyone hands down. Taking a deep unsteady breath she reached out a unsteady hand and grabbed the test. When she read the results tears of joy sprang in her eyes and she got butterflies in her stomach. "Oh my gosh" she whispered.

"My lil chunka gonna be spoiled as hell!" Jojo said excitedly. "Girl...we don't even know if she pregnant yet...calm down auntie." Regina laughed earning a screw face from Jojo. "And I don't even know if her being pregnant right now would be a good thing cause Adonis is crazy as hell." Chad chimed in. "You know there's a possibility it could be Bryson's" Jeannette spoke up. "I wouldn't mind having a niece or nephew to spoil." Khali chuckled and leaned into Chad. He absentmindedly ran his fingers through her hair. "Man y'all all tripping! How y'all know she even wants to have a baby. Whether it's Bryson or Adonis she might not want it." Malik put his two cents in nonchalantly. He recalled how Rai cried to him after she miscarried and swore the next time she got pregnant it would be to her husband and last time he checked she wasn't even engaged anymore.
"Well tell us how you really feel Malik." Everyone turned their heads in her direction when they heard Rai voice. She was standing in the doorway with her arms crossed leaning into Bryson. He had a smirk on his face and one of his eyebrows were raised as his arms were wrapped lazily around Rai waist. He didn't even respond to the comment, he just kept his attention on the text conversation he was having in his phone. It was an awkward silence for about a minute until Jojo spoke up "Ok! So what's the verdict? You know we down here dying waiting on the results." Rai chuckled "I'm pregnant." Bryson ended up having to take a step back as the females bombarded Rai with hugs and cooed and rubbed her small belly.
"What's going on?" Chad and Malik both turned to the front door where Jean and Kandace were standing. "Ey, what I tell you about walking into my house unannounced?" Bryson walked over to his sister's with a frown. "That's why you gave me a key huh? Because you didn't want me coming in unannounced?" Kandace shook her head and nodded in the direction of the group of women. "You just gone ignore my question though" she asked with her hand on her hip. "Man that key was meant for emergency purposes." Bryson stated knotting his eyebrows together. "Apparently we gone have to just see ourselves." Jean spoke up making her way to the excited women. "Well hello to you too." Bryson said as Jean pushed passed him. She completely ignored him and continued walking. "You don't see nobody else sitting here huh?" Malik spoke up addressing Kandace. Smiling she made her way towards him and sat down so close to him that he had to readjust.
Jojo had back away slightly from the group and was watching Kandace. She had caught her attention as soon as she asked what was going on. "What you doing dude?" Jojo spoke up making her way towards the two. "Hey Jojo." Kandace said nervously she shifted her weight from Malik. "Yo, I'm about to be out..." Malik stood up abruptly, he slapped Chad up who was sitting quietly on the couch just observing everyone "Alright, hit me up later." Johanna shook her head and was making her way to the kitchen where it seemed everyone else was. Kandace reached out and grabbed her hand Jojo snatched away from her and kept moving. "Hey come here.. lemme talk to you." Kandace had made her way in front of Johanna. "Gone head yo" Johanna said pushing past her roughly. "Don't be like that, lemme just...." Khali started as she grabbed Johanna arm trying to prevent her from walking away. "Get the fuck off me." Johanna yelled out as she snatched away from her again. "Jojo...please" Johanna pushed Kandace down onto the loveseat "Keep yo fucking hands off me all in that nigga face smiling and shit." Chad sprang up rushing towards them. "Don't fucking touch me Chad, I'm good." She eye him cautiously and stepped back. "What's going on? Why you just spazz on her like that? Calm down." His eyebrows were knitted together as he started putting two and two together. "Man fuck that hoe!" Kandace face fell, and Chad eyes bugged out as more people came in Rain gasp "Jojo why would you call her that?" Bryson who wa as standing behind Rai spoke up as well "Regardless I ain't gonna have you disrespecting my sister like that." Rai turn and placed her hand on Bryson chest "Hold on bae, I know just let me handle it real quick please." Bryson clenched his jaw, but shook his head. "What the hell going on between y'all two now. You just can't seem to get along." Khali started to say to Kandace when Chad grabbed her pulling her into his side. "Ey I think it's more than we know going on here." He said quietly in her ear. "Johanna always got a problem with someone for one reason or another. If you ask me she just a spoiled brat that's used to getting her way and have temper tantrums when she can't." Regina added coming in on the tail end of the situation. "Man fuck you Regina! Nobody asked you shit, you need to learn to keep your noisy ass out my business" Johanna nose was flailing and she looked angry as hell like she was ready to knock somebody head off. "Ok, chill out Jojo come here." Rain began going in her direction "Don't nobody fucking touch me yo. Y'all all some straight cornballs!" She said as she eyeballed everyone staring at her and her gaze landed on Kandace who was silently crying. "You get yo lil ass back over here." Bryson said pulling Rain back. "Wait..what exactly is going on in here?" Jean came up behind Bryson and made her way to Johanna and Kandace. "Instead of everybody attacking me y'all need to be asking her what the fuck is going on!" Rain pulled out of Bryson hold and was making her way to Jojo, but he wouldn't let her hand go. "Jojo...talk to me. What's wrong?" She asked with concern all over her face. "Johanna right y'all, I been messing with her and Malik at the same time, because I was too ashamed to admit that I liked a woman." There was silence while everyone processed what was just said. "Yo y'all drama is better than All My Children" Jean broke the silence taking a seat in Bryson's lazyboy recliner. Bryson turned to her with a mean mug "This is really not a laughing matter. You got sick sense of humor" he fussed at her shaking his head. "What?! I'm just saying" Kandace smacked her teeth "Listen..everybody just calm down and let's sit and talk about this like rational adults" Kandace shook her head "This not everybody business, it only has to do with me and Jojo." Johanna rolled her eyes "And Malik huh?!" She said sarcastically. "Yo I don't need you sticking up for me, I more than capable handling myself and as far as YOUR business is concerned I don't care who you talk to about it, cause done with this bullshit. You got me fucked up if you think I'm about to run after your little ass like a lost puppy. Man I'm out...Rai I'll call you later, take care of my chunka." She calmly rubbed her sister stomach and gave her a kiss on the cheek before leaving out slamming the door. ""You been messing with Malik and Jojo this whole time?! Like that's so fowl, not to mention nasty! Why would you do something like that?" Rai face was scrunched up and she was frowning as she spoke to Kandace. "Go sit down and relax lil one. I got this." He motioned for Rai to sit in her favorite spot and turned his focus to Kandace. "Ey..lemme holla at you." He looked back to make sure she was following him into the other room. "Can't get right." Khali said shaking her head at Kandace. "You shut yo ass up. Nobody asked for your two cents." She shot back at her sister rolling her eyes. "Chill out y'all, damn!" Bryson grabbed Kandace arm and led her to the kitchen. "It's always some extra shit with her, she love that drama." Khali commented to Chad. "As far as I'm concerned, like Jojo said, that's her business. You just don't get into to so it doesn't spill this way." He said looking down at her. Khali just nodded and leaned into him.
"So miss, whose is it?" Regina turned the attention back to Rai. "Umm.." Rai eyebrows rose at the directness of her question and she placed a protective hand on her small belly. Everyone was starring at her silently waiting for the answer. Scrunching her eyebrows together she opened her mouth and closed it a few times trying to find the right words. "I don't give a damn what the DNA test say, I'm the father." Bryson's voice came out strong. Rai sighed with relief. How could she answer that question when she didn't even know.
