Ivy enters Jacksons lab while looking at her phone, "Hey, I was thinking of getting takeout for-" She notices Maggie, "Oh, hi."

Jackson asks, "Why is she telling me your in pain?"

"Uh," Ivy freezes.

"Ivy. Are you in pain? Is your pregnancy causing you pain?" Jackson questions.

"Maggie, will you excuse us? I will talk to you later," Ivys teeth are clenched as she dismisses the cardio surgeon.

Jackson waits until Maggie is gone, "When were you gonna tell me?"

She chuckles, "Honestly? Never. Cause it doesn't matter. And Maggie has no right-"

"You were never gonna tell me. Never. That you were in pain. God, Ivy. I should this," Jackson scoffs.

"It doesn't matter. There's nothing we can do about it," Ivy says, getting distracted from her phone beeping.

"We can get tests done, we can talk to Dr. Ryan, there is plenty we can do," Jackson tells her.

Ivy shakes her head, "No, the same thing happened with the twins. Dr. Ryan says it's just the bullet wounds being stretched from-"

Jackson interrupts her, "I'm sorry. The same thing happened with the twins?! And you didn't tell me then either?"

"Look, I would love to talk about this, but I'm being paged to the E.R. I have to go," Ivy points to her phone.

"Give it to Hunt or Kepener or literally  anybody, but you're not gonna walk away from this right now," Jackson shouts.

Ivy starts to walk out, "Theres nothing to talk about. I'm fine, the baby is fine, the twins are fine. We're all fine. It's just a little pain and discomfort that I can deal with."

Jackson mutters, "Don't you walk away."

She leaves, "Theres nothing to talk about."

Ivy pushes the conversation with Jackson out of her head, "Blake, activste the MTP. We're gonna need blood, lots of it."

She nods, "On it."

"All right, patients ten minutes out, people. Let's move," Ivy goes to leave the room but is met by Maggie.

"Ivy, I'm sorry. I'm so, so, so sorry. I thought that I was-" She starts to apologize.

"I don't give crap about what you thought. You put yourself in the middle of my marriage. Of my pregnancy. You have no right to be there. You had no right to tell my-" Ivy is interrupted slightly by Riggs.

"Shep-"

"-husband about what was happening with my body. I am my own person and if I choose to keep some minor pain to myself, that is my choice. Not yours. Not Jacksons. Mine," Ivy starts heading to the elevator.

Maggie follows slightly, "I'm sorry, I thought-"

She shakes her head, "Don't. Don't think about me, don't talk to me. Don't look at me, okay? Go to hell."

Ivy moves into the elevator with Riggs.

"You didn't tell him that you were feeling pain?"

"Shut up. Besides, it doesn't even matter," Ivy crosses her arms.

He snorts, "Of course it does. He deserves to know when his wife is hurting. I'd be pissed if I was left in the dark too.c
