Jungkook's POV

I make my way to my office where Mr. Choi is currently waiting for me.

Mr. Choi is my father's close friend. He was an actor before and I had grown up watching his movies. He was this man who could make the girls a blushing mess with his one glance at them. As of now, he has his own foundation which supports orphanages and also owns schools which are meant for the orphan children with free and top class education.

Did I tell you he is unmarried?

My father always persuaded him into meeting new woman in order to get him married eventually.

But no, he refused to do so everytime. My father always used to tell him the importance of this special someone who should be there through your thick and thin. He also used to tell him the joy and liveliness children bring into one's life.

But he used to say everytime,

"I have my children, even though they are not blood bonded to me but they still are my children. I love them."

He has such a pure heart and kind soul. And now he is the UNICEF children's ambassador of Korea.

I finally reach the doors of my office where the doorboy is waiting for my arrival. He soon opens the door and there I see Mr. Choi, my favourite uncle sitting on the couch going through one of this month's Forbes edition.

Again featuring me.*Wink

He is so absorbed that he fails to notice my presence at the door. I slowly tiptoe towards him but he catches me off guard by looking at me and slowly a wide grin breaks out on his lips lighting up his still handsome features.

"My son is here!" He says grinning cheekily and engulfing me in a warm hug.

He is like second father to me.

"How are you, Uncle Choi?" I ask still hugging him.

"I am all good but I became all the more better when I heard the news. I am proud of you son. I am proud of you." He says patting my back in a repeating motion.

"Thanks Uncle" I reply

He is the only one other than my father and my hyungs to whom I am completely open. They can read me like an open book.

We slowly break the hug as a knock on the door grabs our attention.

"Come in" I mutter faintly as we both take our seats in the living section of my office.

Two maids bring some refreshments for the both of us.

"You are always busy but this month you are utterly busy, I see" He breaks the silence as the maids leave.

"Sorry Uncle if I made you wait for long but I had this photoshoot for Forbes but that is not the end, there are still 5 more to go." I mutter annoyedly the last words.

"No son, I understand you were busy. Don't apologise. Work always comes first and stop being so distant. Find yourself a good girl and settle down. Stop playing around." He says placing his cup in his saucer which is still being held by him in the air.

"Uncle, look who is saying" I say rolling my eyes at him when he is still a bachelor.

"Listen here son, I am really regretting this thing of not getting myself a woman. I am kind of suffering, you know? There is absolutely no one who waits for me when I get home. There is no one who shares my pain and sorrow. There is no one for me who I can long for. But that gets nullified to a great extent when I think of my children. But there is still this sting in my heart which tells me that my other half is not here. It is unbearable sometimes when you can not vent out your days' frustration to someone after which that special someone could make you feel at ease. You getting my point here, son?"
