Chapter 3: Festival (Part 1)

Shippuden time!

(Lily's P.O.V)

"SASUKE... SASUKE WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU!?"

I yelled as I was walking through the forest.

'I swear, I can never find Sasuke when i need him'

I sigh.

"I'M OVER HERE, LILY!"

I hear Sasuke yell. It sounds like his voice is coming from the cliffs just outside the forest. I walk out of the forest and I see Sasuke sitting on a rock.

'He looks kinda handsome sitting there with the wind blowing through his hair and the setting sun lighting up his face.'

I realize that I'm blushing. I shake it off and walk over to where Sasuke is and I sit down next to him.

"Do you know how hard it was to find you?"

"Hn."

Sasuke replied, still looking at the sky.

"Whatever..."

The Uchiha smirked as I turned to watch the sunset. This always happen with us. I say something, he replies with 'hn', then say 'whatever' then look away, then he smirks. I guess you could say it's a habit for us, but we like it.

"The sunset is so pretty."

I say while smiling a little bit..

(Sasuke's P.O.V)

"The sunset it so pretty."

I look at Lily and I see her smiling.

"Yeah."

I smile as well.

'It's been a long time since she's smiled like that. She looks best with a smile.'

"So why did you need to find me?"

I ask breaking the silence.

"Oh yeah I forgot! Orochimaru  wanted me to tell you that he and Kabuto are gonna be gone until 3PM tomorrow. When he gets back you can start training."

"Alright."

I notice Lily stand and starts to leave.

"Where are you going?"

I ask. She turns and faces me.

"I'm going to the town nearby to get something to eat. Wanna come?''

"Sure."

I said then we run to the town.
                                                                

(Lily's P.O.V)

"What is going on here?"

I ask Sasuke while looking around.

"It looks like this town is having a festival."

"I don't think I've ever been to a festival."

"Well now you will."

Sasuke said.

"What?"

"We're already here, so why not stay."

"Good point... Alright let's go to that one!"

I pointed at a stand that was a few feet away.

"Sure."

We went over to the food stand.

"I'd like a strawberry crep, please."

I told the guy behind the stand.
