Chapter 46: The Inner Power

(Lily's P.O.V)

"Lily, what are you doing here!? You almost died!"

Sasuke yells at me as soon as he sees me.

"I could ask you the same thing, you know!"

"Tch, whatever, just get out of here now!"

"No, I'm helping!"

I look up at the sky and I that the moon has a weird pattern on it.

"Wait, isn't that... Oh crap this is bad! Sasuke it's the-"

"Now we'll finally become one!"

Madara cuts me off with his yelling and then there's a bright light that is starting to shine everywhere.

"Lily, get over here now and don't look up!"

Sasuke yells as he covers Naruto, and Sakura, and himself with his Susano'o. Not far away from where I'm standing is Kakashi trying not to fall into the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

"I need to get over to Sasuke woth Kakashi, but I don't have enough energy to get there before I'd fall into the Tsukuyomi..."

'Let me help, Lily. I can save you both.'

"That voice again. Who are you?"

'Now's not the time. Let me take over before we all die!'

"I guess have no choice... But what am I supposed to do?"

'Just relax and close your eyes. All I needed was for you to let me help.'

"Ok then."

I close my eyes and my consciousness fades away.

(Sasuke's P.O.V)

'I can't wait any longer. If I don't close the opening now than we'll all fall into the genjutsu. I'm sorry, Lily.'

Just as I am about to close the opening, something flies in and lands on the ground.

'What was that?'

"Sasuke, look it's Kakashi-Sensei!"

Naruto yells and I turn around to see Kakashi in the arms of a woman that has huge black wings on her back.

"Who is she, Naruto?"

"I don't know, Sasuke, it's the first time I've seen her!"

The silver haired woman lets go of Kakashi and stands up.

"Who are you and why did you save Kakashi?"

I ask.

"The name's Eclipse and I was asked to ok. Got a problem with that?"

"Watch what you say, youmight end up dead."

I glare at her, but she just smirks with a glint of amusement in her brown eyes.

"You won't let me die even if it cost you your own life, Sasuke."

"You're a lier!"

Sakura yells and throws a kunai at Eclipse, but it just bounces off of a green shield that's surrounding her.

"Why do you think that I'll protect you?"

"Because this is Lily's body."

Everyone, but Kakashi look at her in shock.

"She's telling the truth, Sasuke. I saw Lily grow wings before changing into into her."

"Why didn't you say so sooner!"

"You didn't give me a chance."

"Anyways, I don't have much time left, so I need to tell you this. You must protect Lily at all costs, I beg of you."

"Of course I will, but what about you?"

"I don't have anymore power so I won't be able to help. I must go now, good luck."

Eclipse folds her wings in front of herself and after she's gets surrounded by a bright light, the wings pull back and disappear and Lily is standing in her place. Before Lily could fall to the ground, I catch her.

"Is Lily ok, Sasuke?"

Naruto asks.

"I don't know, but she isn't waking up."

"I think she's caught in the Tsukuyomi... Check her eyes."

I nod and I look at her left eyeand it's a rinnegan.

"She's in it..."

"Wait, check the other eye."

Sakura says and I glare at her.

"And what good would that do!?"

"Just do it, Sasuke, we don'thave time for this."

Naruto grumbles and I give in. When I open her other eye what I see is not the rinnegan, but her regular blue eye.

"It's normal. What's going on?"

"That probably means that Lily's only halfway in the genjutsu. It explains why those plant things aren't going after her."

Kakashi says and Naruto puts a hand on my shoulder.

"We nees to make a plan so we can beat Madara, Sasuke."

I nod and we all start forming a plan.
