Owl House Hunter x reader: vs Belos

(AN: ok, first time adding one of these, but warning, this fic has blood and a death in it. So, read at your own risk.)

(y/n) was half Witch, half human. She has (h/l) (h/c) hair and beautiful (e/c) eyes. She had come through the door portal 10 years before Luz and in that time, Eda had adopted her. She had a female Cardinal Palisman that was her near constant companion. She had been with Luz that night and met the Golden Guard and helped her rescue the Palismen from Kikimora. She started dating Hunter shortly after that night, she gives him the kindness and affection Belos doesn't. Her kindness and patience was why he fell for her. She discovered that Belos was hurting him, it broke her heart, but she stayed silent for his sake. Then, she finally had enough, enough of her boyfriend limping to the Owl House for healing and her comfort, Eda was too much of a mom to turn the boy away when he did, she couldn't help but smile when her Owlet sang her boyfriend asleep after tending to him. (Y/n) confronted Belos and ended up fighting him. During the battle, Belos aimed a sharp spike at her, Hunter took the blow for her. The spike pierced his stomach, thankfully missing his heart.

Belos: Now, look what you've made me do.

(Y/n) catches him before he hits the ground, he's fighting to stay conscious. She closes her eyes and tears well in her them. Her eyes pop open and they went from their normal (e/c) to (f/c), as her rage builds, she's surrounded by a (f/c) aura. Her (h/l) hair floats up like she's underwater and went from it's usual (h/c) to (f/c) and glowing. She resumes fighting with a renewed fury, Belos can barely keep up with her. She finally gets the opportunity that she needs and ends it, it's quick and her fury filled eyes and a series of icy spikes are the last thing he sees before the longest spike pierced his heart. Once that's done, she lowers to the ground, her hair and eyes going back to normal as she does. She immediately runs to Hunter, he's still breathing, but she doesn't know for how much longer. She breaks down crying as she holds him, her heart breaking at the thought of losing him. Meanwhile, at the Owl House, Eda's drinking a cup of Apple Blood when she suddenly sits bolt upright with her eyes staring straight ahead.

Eda: My Owlet needs me.

She gets up, grabs Owlbert and a healing potion, and books it to the Palace. She gets there and sees her precious Owlet holding her boyfriend and crying. Eda quickly gives Hunter the healing potion and they wait for him to recover enough to be moved, (y/n) cradles and sings her special lullaby to him to keep him focused on her. When he can be moved, she gets on (p/n) and Eda hands her the unconscious Hunter and the two fly to the Owl House with him so he can recover. While the boy rested, (y/n) and Lil Rascal keep him company, Luz being Luz, she helps as much as she can.
