Two hours of watching a hammered Isaac play beer pong was torture. He was losing — badly, might I add — in every round, and yet he was still at it with the same hungry gleam in his eyes. It looked damn pathetic, but it was the consequence of betting money in a party game. Isaac could never walk away from a wager.

"How much did I win?" he asked me, dazed eyes blinking slowly.

"Dude, you just lost two hundred dollars, and you don't even have that amount of money with you right now."

"Bollocks!" he shouted, thrusting a fist into the air. "Non mentirmi!" (Don't lie to me)

Heaving a great sigh, I pulled my wallet out from my back pocket and took out two hundred dollars. I handed it over to the three guys Isaac was playing with, their greedy fingers quickly reaching to grab the cash. I swiftly moved my hand away before they could take it. They blinked in shock for a few short seconds until the realization sunk into their systems, and they glared at me with hostility.

Unfortunately for them, I wasn't in the best mood tonight.

After learning that Victoria's new roommate was on a list created by jerks who had their brains stuck in their genitalia, it was almost impossible to get her out of my head. It was rather difficult to ignore what people had to say when she had become the topic of conversations of almost everyone in this shit-ass party.

"We won that money fair and square," said the one with golden hair.

"Don't pull that bullshit on me," I snarled, my eyebrows furrowing. "You were all taking advantage of the situation. You knew Isaac was drunk out of his mind."

The shortest one amongst them smirked at me. He looked younger compared to the other two. "What are you going to do about it, bitch?" he spat.

"Such words coming from a man-boy don't sound threatening at all."
