Rhythm plans to tamper Flos's letter to his family, but with Scale present, on Flos's side; as expected, he can't stop them both!

And he knows exactly what's written in the letter because Flos says aloud what she asks Scale to write in the letter!!

Aaaaahhh!!!

It takes them about 2 years to go back to Rafflesia Village. But these 2 years also allow his family to accumulate the evidence of his wrongdoings to re-teach him once Rhythm returns! And! It has only been 1 month or so since Rhythm left the village for him to despair about his future of going back home.

"I will send the letter tomorrow afternoon," Scale tells Flos, to Rhythm's continuous despair. Speaking of tomorrow's plan, Scale informs Flos, "I need to go out tomorrow, so there's no need for you to send lunch,"

"What about breakfast then?" Flos leans lazily on the couch, staring at Scale who is sitting on the floor along with Rhythm, who sits a distance away from Scale because May-Day are guarding the letters Flos asks Scale to write, to write the letters on the low table

Rhythm is quick to persuade Scale, "Let's just eat breakfast at home before going to work. You haven't done that for a long time, right?"

Scale has never really experienced the event: eating breakfast with the family at home. So, hearing Rhythm's words, Scale is tempted to try that. He might be late for work if he is dawdling at home for breakfast though, since he is not quite an early riser...

Thinking of tomorrow's schedule, Scale decides, "Let's have breakfast at home,"

"Are you sure about that?" Flos reaffirm Scale's decision whilst snacking on the pastries

"Yes," Scale smiles and nods, making up his mind to be late for work tomorrow, and for the next-next-next mornings too, or for as long as Flos is living in his house, to prepare breakfast for him

Rhythm cheers after receiving Scale's response. Even though Flos says the meals are not made for him, as long as Rhythm has breakfast, he won't mind the menus.

"Should I prepare breakfast earlier than usual?" Flos mumbles to herself, timing the time to cook and serve the breakfast for Scale

"No need," Scale has thought about it, so he assures Flos, "Just prepare the breakfast normally, I will eat the breakfast at the same time when you usually deliver it,"

"Hm?" Rhythm feels wrong after hearing Scale's assurance. Because he participated before, so he knows. "Flos usually sends the breakfast when you are working,"

"That's right," Scale smiles and nods in agreement

"You will be late for work if you finish breakfast at that time," Flos hints at the King's aide responsibly

"No problem," the King's aide says so with a cheery smile

Flos and Rhythm glance at each other, unsure if it's really no problem for the King's aide to be late for work. But since Scale has already arranged his schedule, then Flos won't bother him on that matter. It's a good thing she won't need to get up extra early to prepare breakfast to catch up with Scale's work hours.

Although he says he is fine with it, Rhythm still asks Flos, "What's the menu for tomorrow's breakfast?"

"I don't know," Flos hasn't thought of it, turning her body to find another comfortable position to lean on the couch, "It depends on what's available in the kitchen," because Flos doesn't know whether the ingredients have been restocked or not

Just to be sure, Scale lets Flos know, "I'm fine with anything," so she won't feel troubled by preparing his meals

"You're really okay with anything, huh, Scale?" Rhythm nods sagely at the side, truly convinced of this because Scale seems to favour Flos's cooking skill, like Average
