In the end, Flos decides to just do it.

Scale smiles and accepts Flos's decision, "I will arrange it,"

"Arrange what?" having finished his breakfast, waiting for Flos to go to work together, Rhythm blinks at the 2 in confusion

Scale explains to Rhythm then, which causes him to widen his eyes at Flos in disbelief, "A lazy person such as you? Willingly putting yourself in this situation? Wow!"

"Hahaha," Flos gives her childhood friend a flat look plus a dry laugh, "You want to play with Picky Eater so early in the morning, my friend?"

Rhythm zips his mouth.

Scale smiles at the interaction of the 2, feeling cheerful in the morning brightening his mood greatly, considering what he has to deal with later at work. Speaking of that, "I'll be going outside the City for some time, do you want to come along?"

Rather than telling them he will be absent, Scale wants to invite them to visit that place too. After all, Scale figures they haven't been there before: a seaside town.

"Where? For how long?" Rhythm wants to go, but he is under a contract to work for Her Majesty the Queen. If he really goes with Scale, then he will need to request a vacation with Her Majesty.

"About 2 weeks, I suppose," Scale tells them, "I'm there for work, but you can go sightseeing. It's called Sunnytide, a seaside town,"

"Won't we bother your work by going with you?" Flos seems concerned about this

"Not at all," Scale assures Flos and smiles, "I just thought you haven't been in a place like that, so you would be interested. 2 weeks is enough time for you to enjoy the town, isn't it?" thinking about it, Scale also tells them, "If you can't ask for leave for that long, then you can come back to the Capital 1st too. It's okay, no need to mind me," as insurance, Scale lets them know, "I will cover your travel expenses,"

It's a deal. Flos and Rhythm will do their best to convince Her Majesty the Queen to let them go.

Oh, wait. When is the time for Scale to set off? Because next week, there will be 1 day when Flos is out cold.

"Just tell me when you can leave later," Scale doesn't say the time, "I will arrange the rest,"

Alright then. Wait until Flos is ready, and then they will go!

Flos and Rhythm will negotiate with Her Majesty the Queen so Scale will negotiate with His Majesty the King. Scale's plan shouldn't be a problem, but who can say for sure the King thinks so too?

Meeting up with King Ray in his office, Scale informs the King of his plan to bring the guests out on a vacation with him later, although he is there for work matters. King Ray is quiet as he looks at Scale, not rejecting nor agreeing to Scale's plan.

"Your Majesty?" seeing as the King seems to have something to say, not saying anything after a long time, Scale asks his Boss about his thoughts

"I..." King Ray opens his mouth to speak, but closes it again as he furrows his eyebrows in thought. King Ray has a concern regarding something, but he is not certain how accurate his hunch is. In the meantime, perhaps, he will withhold his initial arrangement and wait until he sees the result this weekend.

Noting this issue to be discussed later, King Ray asks Scale to report on their projects.

Scale complies with King Ray's request. The King wants to talk about work, Scale will talk about work. Scale is well aware that this matter has not ended and will be brought up later, depending on King Ray's arrangement.
