Jugheads POV
Today Betty and I walked to our History class. Tonight was the night of the party.

As we took our seats our teacher Mr Hans said "alright kids. Going over what we learned last year we all know Pickens Day right? Where one of our founders settled along with many others...tonight is the founders party. Anyone would like to tell me how many casualties there were?"

He looked around and said "Ms Blossom since you love to know your history especially since your ancestor Barnabas B Blossom led them all."

She said "I'm actually unsure."

He nodded and said "anyone?"

I sighed as I wrote in my book.

Suddenly he said "Mr Jones...care to enlighten us? What are you writing? Is it your answer?"

I then said "no. It's for my book I'm writing."

He smiled and said "cute."

I frowned as suddenly I heard "150 soldiers died that die belonging to General Pickens. And there were 400 known casualties of innocent women, men and children massacred by General Pickens army."

He smiled saying "very good, but we all know that's false. And only 150 soldiers died no casualties."

She said "your funny if you think that's true."

He stopped and she smirked.

I smiled gently as she said "they were native to the land of Riverdale...as we all have seen...we tend to enjoy celebrating...but really the founders weren't so much the founders, they were settlers who slaughtered innocent people, I'll admit it, my family my ancestors...killed innocent children, women and men...just like the Jones's, just like the Lodges, just like the Mantles, and especially the man who led this battle the Blossoms."

I rose my eyebrows as she said "maybe...you should take a look at primary resources...don't you teach us that the first day we are in history? Never read anything that doesn't prove to be a first hand source. Care to...brush up on your history Mr Hans?"

I laughed gently and the class began oooing as Betty smirked.

He said "you seem to know your history Ms.... Smith..."

She smiled saying "my ancestors are the Andrews... my mom and dad tried to hide it all from me. But my brother has told me the whole truth...about our family, and others...and well...history in general... he doesn't like it when people are wrong..."

She smiled gently and he said "alright fine...why don't you teach the class?"

She said "gladly because you don't seem to be brushed up on current or past events."

Everyone laughed and he said "quiet. Ms Smith if you don't stop with your attitude you will have detention after school."

I said "that's not fair."

He said "stay out of this Mr Jones."

I rolled my eyes as Betty said "it's not my fault I'm caught up with my history..."

He then said "fine then. If you seem so knowledgeable about your history. Pop quiz! Only for Elizabeth Smith counts for 100% of your grade for today."

She nodded and said "go on ahead..."

He smiled and said "Pearl Harbor."

She sighed and said "1941."
