Archies POV
I saw Veronica as she hugged me tightly and I held her.

"We're you bit by the wolf! I got so worried!" She told me.

"I know, that's why I couldn't leave. I was almost hurt by it." I told her

She frowned and hugged me and I rubbed her back. Suddenly we saw Jughead and Forsyth bickering about food and Betty tried stopping them.

I said "we just all have to stay here we can't risk any of us being hurt."

Cheryl groaned "we should be partying! It's senior year this is not fair!"

I then said "we have too, if the thing is true that...we can die if bitten, we can't take that risk. None of us."

Veronica frowned and I held her and my mom smiled at me.

I smiled as Veronica said "I won't let anyone hurt you...I love you."

I smiled and held her face and kissed her. She held my back and smiled.

We were in my room and she said "maybe it's time you take that cure?"

I sighed and said "I've been thinking about it...you said you want to go to Harvard or Barnard...and I want to do that and go with you."

She smiled and I said "it's time I...I'm human."

She smiled and said "I'll be there with you every step of the way Archiekins. Your the one I wanna be with..."

I smiled and suddenly we heard glass breaking downstairs and heard Betty scream.

Bettys POV
I was sitting in between Forsyth and Jughead as I crossed my arms.

I said "you two cannot get along."

They both said "nope."

I groaned and said "god you two are pathetic."

I sighed and I said "don't kill...well you're both technically dead...this is so stupid."

I got up and went to the fridge and grabbed something to drink when suddenly the window broke and I saw the wolf. I screamed and ran as I saw my mom, the wolf growled and she held me behind her.

"Elizabeth...run!"

Jughead ran out with Forsyth and i ran out with them as I saw Cheryl.

I shouted "Archie...my mom...I need to go back!"

Cheryl grabbed me saying "are you crazy!?"

I shouted "they're my family! Stay back all three of you!"

I ran back as I saw my mom and Archie as Veronica tried holding him down. But as she did her nose began bleeding and she stopped and fell. I panicked and the wolf shook his head and he looked at me. I ran up the tree and it turned to Archie. Archie ran and punched him as I saw my mom and ran down and grabbed the wolf by the throat as Archie kicked him but all of a sudden it threw me off and I hit the tree and banged my head. It threw Archie aside and he flew across the place and it made eye contact with me. It ran at me and I held them back and it slobbered on me I screamed as it tried biting me.

I tried getting him off but suddenly my mom tackled it and punched it. But suddenly it bit her arm and I screamed.

"No!"

I grabbed a branch and stabbed it as it whimpered and ran off. I saw my mom and ran to her.

I panicked "no...mama..."

She winced as I saw her arm not healing.

I shook my head and said "no...no..."

I cried and got her inside. I got her on the couch and grabbed a blood bag and fed her as she drank it still didn't heal.

"No..." I repeated.

I cried and she said "it's okay Elizabeth..."

I shook my head saying "no mama...it's all my fault...I'm not strong enough..."

I cried and I saw Archie and he said "no..."

I held my mother and he ran over and she smiled and we saw it already worsening.

"It's okay..." she told us.

Archie said "no! No this wasn't supposed to happen..."

She smiled and I cried and held her.

I said "you can't leave me...no you needed to see me graduate you...you can't leave me..."

I sniffled and she said "hey..."

We looked at her and she said "seeing both of you again has made me the happiest I've ever been in the last hundred years...it's time..."

I sniffled and looked at Archie and he held me as I held him. I saw Jughead behind him and cried as he frowned and I held Archie tighter. I got my mom on a guest bed and she coughed.

I said "you're gonna be okay...Veronica's trying to figure out something quickly...you're gonna be okay...you're ...you're not dying!"

She smiled and coughed and I said "no...no stop...please..."

I cried and she said "Elizabeth...it's time for you to let me go the right way..."

I cried and said "no...no I lost you once I wont again...we're gonna figure something out I promise..."

I nodded and left the room.

I saw Veronica and said "have you figured anything out yet!"

She shouted "I'm trying my best! But there's nothing Dolores said there's nothing here! Nature balances itself there's nothing here Betty! Your mothers gonna die!"

I grabbed her and pinned her to the wall "either you figure something out or your dead!"

Cheryl kicked me off saying "you're not hurting my best friend!"

I hissed and she grabbed me and I threw her across the room.

"My mother is not dying! She's going to stay alive and you're gonna figure something out! Juggie agree with me on this!"

He sighed and I said "please...my mom...my mom can't...she's not..."

I cried "she's not dying..."

I cried "she can't..."

I cried "she's not..."

I cried and saw sunlight outside and said "I'm gonna find that wolf...and kill him myself."

Jughead grabbed me saying "Betty...I know you, you make the right choices."

I looked at him and suddenly I heard "I know how much your mother means to you...I've seen your relationship back in 1863 and 64."

I turned around seeing Forsyth and he said "do what you have to do..."

I said "thank you..."

Jughead grabbed me saying "why listen to him? He's just a ghost he's nothing."

I said "he knew my mother longer, he knows how much she means to me. Of course you don't know that. Now I'm finding that dog, wether you like it or not."

All of a sudden I felt a needle in my neck. I gasped as I saw Archie.

He said "I'm sorry Betty but I can't let you do that."

I closed my eyes and passed out.
