Jugheads POV
"Betty ran..." I muttered.

Archie sighed saying "she's gonna miss seeing Veronica win."

I sighed and told him "I think it's for the best, it's bittersweet."

As all the ladies stood my mom came up saying "we all enjoyed having these ladies today, but now we must crown our next Miss Riverdale."

She smiled and said "Veronica Lodge!"

I smiled and Archie and I both clapped our hands as she got her sash but her smile faded seeing us.

I sighed and said "I'm gonna go look for her."

He nodded and I left. When I got to Pops I saw her drinking all alone while everyone was at the party.

I saw Pops as he said "she's not doing so well..."

I sighed and walked over saying "Betts."

She laughed saying "you know my father treated me like garbage, I wasn't even a person apparently!"

She laughed and said "now with Veronica running my life is like so great. Like I fucking wanted this."

She laughed and poured more alcohol inside her glass.

She shouted said "this is stupid!"

She slammed the glass and groaned grabbing napkins and cleaning up the mess she made.

"My mother died, my father died, we're trying to find this stupid cure that may or may not exist look at me!" She shouted.

I sighed and Pops locked the door and she got up and Pops walked to the back.

I said "Betty..."

She said "my mom...my mom wanted me to be happy, and we'll I'm not happy! I'm trying so hard everyday to be happy for her but I can't, I'm so close to giving up."

I grabbed her saying "hey..."

She looked at me and I said "this isn't you..."

She said "it is, you just don't see me that well. Jughead you don't know me...I'm dangerous. When I was a newborn I tore humans apart because of what happened! I was vengeful! Angry! Upset! I wanted to kill everyone who wronged me! I started with my father and it all went from there."

I gulped and she said "and I would do it again in a heartbeat..."

I frowned and said "I don't care if you think your dangerous, I'm not scared of you."

She smiled saying "well you should be...because your parents if they try to kill me or my brother... I'll kill them."

I gulped and she said "im..."

She gulped and backed away from me and said "Juggie..."

I shook my head saying "I know you don't mean it...and if you did...I understand why you did."

I frowned and she said "I wanna go home..."

I nodded and held her and she cried "im sorry for being a burden...I'm sorry..."

I shook my head "I will protect you no matter what..."

She sniffled and I said "I love you Elizabeth..."

She smiled saying "I love you Jughead..."

She kissed me and I held her as she cried.

She asked me "take me home please?"

I nodded and Pops let us go home. She undressed and got into bed.

"My parents said I could stay the night to check in on you." I told her.

She nodded and said "thank you..."

I smiled and grabbed a glass and sliced my hand as I winced and I gave her the cup she smiled and drank it.

She looked at me saying "thank you..."

I nodded and said "rest up for you..."

She smiled and I kissed her head saying "I'm gonna fight for us like I told you."

She smiled and I kissed her again and said "get some rest."

She nodded and I went downstairs seeing Archie.

"She's okay..."

He smiled saying "thank you."

I nodded saying "you know sometimes she doesn't need her brother, she just needs someone who loves her just as much as her brother."

He nodded saying "I respect you..."

I smiled and said "I'm staying the night to check in on her."

He nodded and said "I feel for her...I explained to Veronica that I'm happy she won...but it also breaks me to see my little sister be hurting so much, but I'm happy that you went to find her so I could stay with her."

I nodded and he hugged me and I was shocked.

"Thank you for loving her..." he told me.

I nodded and patted his back

Suddenly heard "awww did I just walk in on a moment."

We saw Betty and she laughed "my two favorite boys...come on Juggie."

She ran back upstairs and I smiled as we both laughed and I ran upstairs. The next morning I saw Betty asleep in bed and I got out of bed. As I did I looked around her room as I spotted a photo of her and Archie back in 1864. I saw a bunch of photos of us on her wall and her mirror and desk and none of Forsyth. I saw a lot of photos of her and I around her vanity and I smiled and turned to her as she slept in her bed.

I whispered "1 point Jughead 0 for Forsyth."

I laughed saying "take that fucker."

I went downstairs and made myself some food as suddenly I felt arms around me.

I turned around seeing Betty as she suddenly turned me around turning the stove off.

"You said you wanted to try hot vampire sex right?"

She pulled my boxers down and I laughed as she got on the counter.

I said "won't your brother..."

She smirked saying "please as if he's want to see his little sister getting fucked by her boyfriend."

I scoffed and said "how do we do hot crazy vampire sex then without me being a vampire."

She smirked and suddenly she used her speed and got us on the couch.

"I'll let you take lead but really in the one in control." She told me.

I smirked and she said "so do you want hot vampire sex?"

I nodded saying "yes please."

She laughed and we kissed.
