Bettys POV
I haven't been to school for days, Archie has warned me and told me to not text Jughead until we handle this situation but I don't like lying to him...I was going back to school today.

Archie said "remember, lie."

I frowned saying "I'm not a good liar..."

He than said "try it for once."

He went downstairs and I frowned as I ran to school. I was putting things in my locker when I saw Jughead and I shut my locker.

I explained "I'm sorry I didn't call you...I'm sorry I didn't...you have every right to be upset but may I please explain..."

He sighed and I frowned saying "I'm sorry..."

He sighed and said "I told you...after the party, call me and text me. And you didn't do that for four straight days..."

I said "I know...please. Pops...at 5?"

He sighed and said "your paying."

He walked away and I frowned as I went to class. I got to Pops after getting home to check on Archie and saw Jughead and sat down.

He sighed and I said "my brother and I....after the party...we were attacked."

He said "oh my god...why didn't you tell me!"

I frowned and said "Archie protected me but was hurt a bit...I had to take care of him...my brother has been there for me my whole life...I didn't want you involved in case of anything..."

He said "I could've told my dad Betty..."

I said "I just...didn't want you to worry..."

He held my hands and said "it's okay alright..."

I said "no I'm sorry...it was my fault..."

He frowned and I said "I didn't want you to get involved..."

I wiped my tears as my phone went off and it was Archie and I sighed.

I looked at Jughead saying "I have to go..."

He said "what's wrong?"

I said "Archie...I..."

I frowned saying "I'm sorry..."

All of a sudden I bumped into a man and he said "woah..."

I looked at him realizing...he was Pop Tates kid.

I panicked as he said "I know you."

I laughed saying "no you don't..."

When I was younger Pops knew about vampires but found them to be rather friendly. He enjoyed me and Archie and I took care of his children...I thought they moved to Florida.

"You haven't aged at all..."

I panicked and saw Pops as he looked panicked.
