I sat semi-paralysed on the bed. Tears flowed out of my eyes, not because of the pain, but rather due to my disappointment.
Ignoring my alarm is going to suddenly get harder.
"(Y/N), are you ok?" Mother called out, looking at me worryingly.
"Never better..." I grumbled, getting out of bed to get dressed.
