one direction babesssss - chapter name based off the song I was listening to by one direction because it's better than 'the concert' of all names.

A WEEK AFTER THEIR HILARIOUSLY SERIOUS PAINTING COMPETITION, Katelyn announced they were going to the rebound One Direction concert downtown. People have been travelling from everywhere to see One Direction since their first concert back in England, earlier that year.

Katelyn was ecstatic.

Even though she had gotten tickets and loved the boy band, she'd never actually attended a concert by this group.

But now with her new job, she'd managed to pull a few strings to get everyone tickets. It's been an absolute miracle to see One Direction back in action after disbanding for five years.

According to Harry Styles, they weren't expecting it either. They continued their albums secretly, until they reposted their old albums with extreme spinoffs, experimenting with features they'd used on their newer songs.

They'd even collaborated on their singular releases to give it some more pizazz. The first was their huge hit, Midnight Memories, followed by Night Changes.

Thanks to Katelyn, they could all attend, Katelyn kept the second part of her surprise a secret. She didn't want it to tragically slip, but mentally she was screaming.

The concert was unsurprisingly the following evening but until then, the girls blared 1D songs all around the beach house, except in the basement where the guys disappeared to keep their sanity.

Zane was pretty sure they were going insane. Quite sure.

Everyone had spiffed themselves up, accessorising with dressy sunglasses, denim jackets, or pretty hair clips. Lucinda had left her hair and clothing to how she always had it.

After losing the baby, Nana's bump had immediately fallen and her body adjusted to not supporting a child.

Whenever Aph passed by Katelyn she wore a proud smirk knowing the girl loved One Direction even though she wouldn't - and hadn't - admitted it for years.

The group took cabs to take them to the concert as it seemed the entire resort would be attending the showcase.

They'd shown up early (and thanks to Katelyn's ticket verifications), and gotten the best position at the concert, personally escorted by the workers.

Many people managed to recognise the large group but attention drew away soon enough when a large guitar string echoed through the speakers and lights faded, the spotlights falling on the stage.

One by one the singers were revealed, causing the audience to scream in cheer. Katelyn was one of those people, not that she minded though.

Travis thought something was wrong with her. Was she dying?

Liam Payne, on the far right, tapped on the microphone and embraced the spotlight that shone on him. His blonde hair glistened under the rays, highlighting the features of his face.

"Hey there Kawaminami! I hope I said that right because we've only been here for two days." He said, the British-American accent taunting his dang vocal cords.

Louis Tomlinson interrupted Liam. "I'm pretty sure we caught up on sleep between last night. It's great to be back! Our first song will be one of our favourites, although Niall and Harry seem to disagree."

Harry lifted the finger at Louis with a glare, as Niall rolled his eyes. "We hope you enjoy this one!"

"And thank you for getting this song to number one!" Harry called out.

The beginning guitar strings of 'What Makes You Beautiful' ran through the speaker where Liam started them off.

"You're insecure, don't know what for. You're turning heads when you walk through the door. Don't need makeup to cover up. Being the way that you are is enough."

Harry continued as the audience continued cheering, "Everyone else in the room can see it. Everyone else but you."

Together the fans exploded as the singers began to jump up and hype them up. "Baby, you light up my world like nobody else. The way that you flip your hair gets me overwhelmed, but when you smile at the ground, it ain't hard to tell. You don't know, oh-oh, you don't know you're beautiful. If only you saw what I can see, you'll understand why I want you so desperately.
Right now I'm looking at you and I can't believe you don't know you're beautiful, oh-oh."

"You don't know you're beautiful."

"So c-come on, you got it wrong. To prove I'm right, I put it in a song, I don't know why you're being shy and turn away when I look into your eyes."

"Everyone else in the room can see it, everyone else but you."

The band continued through each dong as most of the audience either sang along or screamed. When 'Best Song Ever' arrived Louis, and the singers had other plans. "Ladies and gentlemen, our next song will be Best Song Ever."

The crowd ran out in cheer, as Niall and Zayn saluted. "Firstly we're gonna have you guys sing along. Ready?"

"One, two, three, four!"

"I said, 'can you give it back to me?' She said, 'never in your wildest dreams.'"

And we danced all night to the best song ever. We knew every line, now I can't remember how it goes but I know that I won't forget her, 'cause we danced all night to the best song ever."

"I think it goes oh-oh-oh."

"I think it went yeah-yeah-yeah."

"I think it went ohh... whoo!"

"From the top!"

Katelyn and the rest of the girls were having a blast. The guys were soon enough convinced to enjoy the night and dance along with the girls.

After three hours of complete full-on One Direction (and a short fifteen-minute intermission) came the second part of Katelyn's plan. Instead of turning home, she led them around and headed backstage.

The bluenette willingly pushed passed the curtains and showed a guard her lanyard who allowed them all in. The last curtains revealed a dressing room, where the One Direction singers were hanging out after the performances.

A gigantic smile erupted up Katelyn's face. "Everyone, I'd like to introduce you to One Direction."
